Parking & Guest Convenience:
Parking is provided for two vehicles in the driveway directly in front of Unit B (left side of the white stripe). Paid street parking is also available through the Town of Wrightsville Beach.

The home features a keyless entry located at the top of the steps across from the outdoor shower, under the carport. A full linen package is included with professionally laundered bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats, and kitchen linens. Beds will be made prior to arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit—including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and more—will be waiting for you. Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

This home is managed by Landmark Vacation Rentals, ensuring a seamless, high-quality stay with attentive local support before, during, and after your visit. This duplex can be rented with sister property Whale House (#113) for large groups and together can accommodate up to 21 guests.

Great location, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Balconies/rooftop were a bonus. Conveniently located to restaurants.

4 bikes were advertised but we only saw two.
The carpeting and rugs were a bit worn and stained, as was the upholstered furniture, but not so bad that we wouldn’t return.

TV remote batteries needed replacing.

It would have been extremely helpful to have had a more generous supply of paper towels and TP. Plus ANY hand soap and bath toiletries etc. Who wants to go buy that while on vacation?
Other rental companies in our past experiences have supplied those. Small luxuries like that go a long way in our opinion.

We were asked to bring in trash bins from a previous guest’s stay. That was odd. There were 3 bins in the driveway labeled “recycling” but none with “garbage”, so the required removal of trash at checkout was perplexing.

The opportunity to pay a little extra for late checkout was very helpful!

All in all, we would return.

We have enjoyed Wright St8 of Mind for several summers. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooftop area is a bonus at night. The owner is thoughtful in matching our request for date. We encourage you to try this house.

Great location and plenty of room for 7 of us to enjoy ourselves. House was a little worn-ripped carpet, scuffed up cabinets, but was clean and had all the pots and pans needed for cooking. Cruiser bikes were advertised but not there. A rusted bike was outside behind the house but unusable. The starter kit was very chinsy so be sure to bring supplies. Landmark did a great job communicating throughout the stay.

I would recommend this property BUT I have a few things that could have been better. NO TOILET PAPER. Even in cheaper rentals you at least get a roll to start out. The bath towels were cheap, tiny and ONE for each guest. Each bedroom should have 4 bath towels... 2 per guest.

Thank you for your review. We are perplexed by your comments regarding no toilet paper as our Welcome Kit that is provided with each rental supplies a 4-pack starter kit of toilet paper. The cleaner and inspector reports both show that the welcome bag was left on the kitchen counter before your arrival. The bath towels are provided by a local linen vendor and the standard package includes one bath towel, one hand towel, and one wash cloth per guest. We hope you will consider a future stay!

What a lovely home. Very clean, very nice and it was perfect for our weekend attending a wedding. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely updated and had great appliances. We were very happy! It rained on Saturday but we still enjoyed our time with the ample shopping available in the area. A special treat for the kids was walking up to the roof deck! Lots of great memories were made. Thank you.

We rented this house because of its proximity to the starting line for the Wilmington Marathon and it was absolutely perfect! BEAUTIFUL home with all the amenities. Within walking distance to the beach and some great little restaurants and bars! They provide a starter kit of toilet paper which isn’t ideal since there are 4 bathrooms and they provide only 2 rolls of toilet paper, so just be aware and bring your own. We also had an issue with the heat on one of the floors not working so we contacted someone and they sent an HVAC tech out as soon as they could. We will definitely be back in the on season to rent for a beach weekend!

This place was great! The location is perfect and it has a well equipped kitchen for cooking everything! There is plenty of space-we had 3fsmilies and we had a lot of room! Also loved the bikes, took a lot of bike rides��, plus there are beach chairs and a wagon to take all your stuff to the beach which is just over a block away/so close! The only thing was the door to get to the rooftop didn’t work, but maintenance came that day to fix it so that was great, definitely would stay there again!

We rented this unit for my son’s wedding. It was clean and adequately supplied. We went with the linen package that worked out well . My siblings rented the other side of this home, it also was very nice. Great for 20 people in total. Great location.

Our family had a great vacation in Wright St8 of Mind unit 113. Another family group loved the other half. Its location, comfort, condition, and kitchen equipment are outstanding. Alana at Landmark is wonderful. I highly recommend it; just don’t want July13-20. I have already booked it��

Wright St8 of Mind is a beautiful home large enough for our group of 10 to sleep comfortably. Great outdoor space and so close to the beach. The rooftop area was perfect to relax and enjoy the evening air and see the ocean.

Our family had a wonderful week in this house. It is convenient to ocean and sound and to the walking loop. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are arranged for quiet sleeping. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped. I want the gas stove. You will love the porches and rooftop deck.
