From the moment you arrive, you’ll be in a Wright St8 of Mind #113! Curated as a mini-resort, this is a Landmark Vacation Rental home that has it all. Located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach just steps from the beach, sound, restaurants, bars, park, shops, and pier. Begin your day enjoying the breeze while sipping coffee on either the private deck off the master bedroom or the deck off of the living room listening to the sound of the waves and the seagulls. After enjoying breakfast in the gourmet, well-stocked kitchen, grab your paddleboard, kayak, or fishing pole and walk a few feet down to the end of the street and enjoy calm sound water access or take the four brand-new luxury cruising bikes which are yours to enjoy or a jog around “the loop” of Wrightsville Beach. When you’re ready to hit the world-class beach, enjoy direct access just a few hundred feet down the road from the house. After spending the day soaking up some rays and relaxing on the sand, shower off in the private luxury outdoor shower and get ready for an evening of fun and relaxation. Turn on the tiki lights and some tunes in the carport, while you watch your favorite game or movie on the outdoor tv as you fire up either the Green Egg or Traeger grill. The fun continues as you have a putting contest on the golf putting green, try your hand at the hook and ring game, or enjoy a rousing game of bags/corn hole, all ready for you to enjoy right at the house. After dinner, head to the rooftop patio with your favorite cocktail and watch the sunset and enjoy one of the highest points on the island and enjoy the finest 360-degree view of the ocean, sound, and island Wrightsville has to offer. Once you’re done watching the sun slip below the horizon, grab the crew and cross the street to see what’s biting at Johnny Mercers Fishing Pier, grab an ice cream from the Beach Shoppe, and perhaps enjoy a nightcap or snack at the Shark Bar and Kitchen or Palm Room.

Not only an oasis on the outside, Wright St8 of Mind has spared no expense with many custom-built features in the interior and is poshly decorated with comfortable high-end furniture and amenities throughout including Sonos speakers that you can connect to via airplay!

The second floor kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your stay and features floor-to-ceiling cabinets, a liquor/bar area, farm sink, gas range and griddle, marble countertops, a large island with seating, and a dining table for six. The second floor also hosts the comfortable open-concept living room with comfortable luxurious furniture, television, and built-ins as well as a porch with a fan, high top bistro table, and seating for four. A bedroom with a queen-sized bed, dresser, and television along with a full bath with shower and tub round out the second floor.

The third floor has a large master bedroom with a king-sized bed, private balcony with rocking chairs, built-ins galore, and an en suite master bath complete with a jacuzzi tub and double vanity. The third bedroom also has a king-sized bed, television, and jack-and-jill bathroom connecting to a fourth bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The fourth floor has another room with a queen bed and reading chair along with a half bathroom, another private deck with a bistro table for two, and access to the incredible rooftop patio. An Infinity Game Table is located on the fourth floor.

There is a keyless entry lock on the carport entrance door. Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Linens are provided with your stay and will be delivered and placed at the foot of each bed prior to your arrival, please note that beds will not be made.

Parking for TWO vehicles in the driveway directly in front of Unit A (left side of the white stripe on the driveway). Paid street parking is available through the town of Wrightsville Beach.

What a lovely home. Very clean, very nice and it was perfect for our weekend attending a wedding. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely updated and had great appliances. We were very happy! It rained on Saturday but we still enjoyed our time with the ample shopping available in the area. A special treat for the kids was walking up to the roof deck! Lots of great memories were made. Thank you.

We rented this house because of its proximity to the starting line for the Wilmington Marathon and it was absolutely perfect! BEAUTIFUL home with all the amenities. Within walking distance to the beach and some great little restaurants and bars! They provide a starter kit of toilet paper which isn’t ideal since there are 4 bathrooms and they provide only 2 rolls of toilet paper, so just be aware and bring your own. We also had an issue with the heat on one of the floors not working so we contacted someone and they sent an HVAC tech out as soon as they could. We will definitely be back in the on season to rent for a beach weekend!

We stayed a weekend for business however the place he nit been cleaned
The main couch was soaking wet (which the company knew via emails we sent ) no explanation but smelled like vomit or some other human waste .
Everything in place had stains ..carpets ripped and very dirty . We only stayed one night however paid for complete weekend and left for hotel .

This property is hands down the best VRBO I have ever stayed at. Completely updated interior with plenty of room. Spectacular views especially from the crow's nest (one of only 2 that part of the island!) Just a 30 second walk to the beach. More amenities than you could ever ask for. The electric bikes were a great, fun touch. Would highly recommend renting this house.

Our family had a wonderful week in this house. It is convenient to ocean and sound and to the walking loop. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are arranged for quiet sleeping. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped. I want the gas stove. You will love the porches and rooftop deck.
