Welcome to Turtle Time #119, a Landmark Vacation Rentals property located in the St. Regis Condos of North Topsail Beach! Turtle Time #119 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the 5th floor that sleeps 7 overlooking the ocean and the pool. Guests will enjoy the abundant amenities of St. Regis including a huge pool, fitness center, sauna, arcade room, charcoal grills, playground, putting green, basketball court, 3 on-site restaurants, and an ice cream shop! Everyone is sure to find something fun to do for a memorable beach vacation!

Turtle Time #119 has a full kitchen with all the amenities you will need to cook any meals during your stay. A coffee bar awaits with a Keurig coffee machine ready to help you start your day. With seating for 3 at the bar and 4 at the table, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a meal together. For guests traveling with little ones, there is a pack & play, high chair, and kid plates/cups/utensils that convey with the property. A full size washer and dryer are also available inside the unit.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed featuring a full-sized bed over queen-sized bed. The second bedroom also comes with a chair that converts to a twin bed. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is adjacent to the second bedroom.

For entertainment, high speed internet is provided. There is a flatscreen TV in the living room and each bedroom. Guests may login to their streaming accounts on the Roku TVs. The owners provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys, please note that Landmark Vacation Rentals is not responsible for maintaining what beach equipment is available at any given time or the functionality of the items.

There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Guests will be emailed and texted their door code prior to their check-in. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of each guest stay. Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note that top bunks, futons, and pull outs will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! This property is NOT pet friendly per the HOA rules.

Overall

We have had an awesome experience the past 2 years renting Turtle Time. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and you can head right down the elevator and be steps away from the pool entrance and the walkway to the beach. The condo is clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well Stocked and very usable with the way it is laid out. She even had a pack and play, high chair, and kids cups and plates so bringing your littles is very easy! There is a full size washer and dryer too. Lastly she has lots of Beach and pool gear in the closet. I highly recommend staying here!
