Welcome to Topsail’s Treasure #148, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home! This stunning oceanfront residence has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and offers plenty of living space, both indoor and outdoor to comfortably accommodate 14 guests. Located in the Village of Stump Sound community, this quiet and private amenity-rich neighborhood features a community pool, clubhouse, tennis and pickleball courts, and sound access to launch kayaks and paddleboards. Incredible sunrises over the water can be seen from the generous back deck. The deck has dining space for six and plenty of chairs for guests to relax and enjoy the view. Just on the other side of the deck and down a set of stairs is the private beach access.

The serene colors and well-appointed furnishings nicely complement this property's coastal location. The light-filled living room features a vaulted ceiling and large windows, allowing for incredible ocean views and natural lighting. The first floor accommodates the main living area, kitchen, dining, and master suite. A large L-shaped sofa, two accent chairs, and a mounted flat-screen TV make a great space for family movie and game nights. There are two accent chairs by the window which provide an additional sitting area for those wanting to soak in the sunlight. A great outdoor space is accessible from two sliding glass doors in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen offers a bar with six stools, blue cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. All cooking necessities are available, as well as a 12-cup drip coffee maker and a toaster oven. The dining area seats eight and connects the living room and kitchen. A half bathroom is conveniently located nearby. The master suite features a king-size bed with direct access to the ocean-facing deck. The ensuite is appointed by a jetted tub, double vanities, and a beautiful walk-in shower. A folding cot can be found in the master closet as an extra sleeping space.

Proceed upstairs to the second floor to find the loft area, which has a queen sleeper sofa, a full-size futon, and a TV. A full bathroom is located in the hallway and shared with the bunk room, which has a twin over full bunk bed, two twin beds, and a chair bed (ideal sleeping space for a small child). The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin daybed with a private bathroom attached.

The ground floor features additional living and sleeping space and a game room. The space includes a ping pong table, a queen-size futon, a chair bed, a TV, and a few high-top chairs.

Surf City is less than 10 minutes from the property, where endless entertainment options can be found, including restaurants, bars, shopping, minigolf, museums, and more.

A gas grill is provided for guest use. The guest is responsible for providing propane and cleaning the grill before departing. There is one pack-and-play available. This property is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. All TVs are smart Roku TVs that guests can log in to their streaming apps during their stay. Parking is available for six vehicles. The community pool is typically open from May through September.

There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no-stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon guest arrival. Please note all top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit is provided, which includes an initial supply of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, and More. Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

This was our first Xmas at the beach experience and it was over the top in every way! With 6 adults and 2 under 5 children, the spaciousness of downstairs was greatly appreciated, as was the upstairs sitting area. This house had THE best equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen, from pots and pans, to ample dishes and silverware. And since we cook while there, the pantry space was perfect for all of our items. With its breathtaking view of the ocean and incredibly spacious deck, the little ones had extra play space. This was a win,win trip for all involved, an over the top stay,

Beautiful home right on the beach. It was wonderful to listen to the waves at night and relax on the spacious deck. The home was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Most of it seemed brand new.
