Enjoy access to the community pool (open from May 1st-Oct. 1st), a private hot tub, game room with foosball table, easy access to North Shore Country Club for those wanting to play a ground of golf on vacation and nearby shopping and restaurants in Snead's Ferry. The expansive covered decks and sunken six-person hot tub provide the perfect setting for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or late-night stargazing over the waves.

The heart of the home is a chef’s dream kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a double wall oven, two full-size refrigerators/freezers, a walk-in pantry, and a bar island with a dishwasher, sink & seating. Gather with friends and family in the spacious open-concept living area featuring a 60-inch HDTV, or take in the sea breeze from the decks just steps away.

Linens are included and beds (with the exception of top bunks and sleeper sofa) will be made prior to your arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay. This home is NOT pet friendly. There is parking available for 6 vehicles.

Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.

2nd floor deck needs outside door repair. 3rd shower needs grout replaced looks nasty. other showers were great. 1 tv on 2nd floor didn't work.
OVERALL the house was fantastic plenty of room. Cleanest house we have ever rented in 40 years.

I’ve been renting houses on Topsail for about 15 years. This home was by far the best experience. It was a newer build which was nice. It was one of the most well stocked kitchens. It was very clean. When we arrived a little early, the property managers were on site making sure everything was ready for our family by inspecting what the cleaning crew had done. The house was roomy for all 10 of us. The beach is always fantastic in Topsail but additionally the kids had the pool, a ping pong table and a foozball table to use.
Great family vacation.

We have been coming to Topsail for 15 years. This property was by far one of the cleanest, well maintained, well stocked kitchens, comfortable yet not overly used beds and furniture. Especially considering all the families who get to enjoy this beautiful home weekly. I feel attention is given to those things that can wear out over time. There were 2 property managers inspecting the home before they allowed us in to use for the week. She apparently found a spill in a refrigerator that she thought might need attention by the cleaners, it looked fine to us and we appreciated her transparency. I honestly have never had someone who was so thorough before occupancy. We had a wonderful week with the family and grandchildren, the beach, the pool, fooze-ball table and ping pong table made for a lot of activities to enjoy.

We loved this home so much. It fit 13 people easily. Plenty of room, beautiful scenery, wonderful furniture/kitchen/bathroom amenities.
The only complaint we have is a non functioning hot tub. We were told someone was going to come to fix it, and no one ever did.

Topsail Island is the best beach!

We had a great week at Topsail Getaway #194! We have stayed there for several years and will keep coming back! The house was lovely and clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked and organized (except for a pair of kitchen shears) and the gift bag such a nice touch!

We had trouble keeping the door to the second floor deck closed because the door knob is rusty and not working properly. The deadbolt works to keep it shut, but not great for high traffic use.

Loved the new benches at the dining room table!

Thanks for keeping #194 in great shape!

Overall, it was fantastic!
The house was a perfect view and perfect access to the beach!
I have been going to Topsail for 20 plus years and hope to have many more trips there.

My beach because I grew up in Jacksonville and spent countless days at Topsail. It was an excellent location and we were all very pleased with the house and its amenities.
I would like to point out our only complaint. There was no trundle bed as advertised so one granddaughter had to sleep in the bed with her parents.

Unfortunately the house was struck by lightning right before we arrived. However everyone worked hard to replace items that were affected. The house is beautiful, roomy, with nice views of the ocean.
