Welcome to Summer Winds #191, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home, which is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom pet-friendly vacation home in beautiful North Topsail Beach! Comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, this second-row retreat is perfectly positioned directly across from the beach, offering easy and direct access to the sandy shores just steps away.

Wake up to breathtaking ocean views from the comfort of your private getaway and enjoy a day filled with sun, surf, and relaxation. Unwind in the hot tub on the deck, take a refreshing dip in your private above-ground pool, or challenge friends and family to a game of pool. The entertainment options include a pool table on the main living level (doubles as a dining table) and a dart board. Bring your pup along for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $300 per dog (two dogs max).

Bedroom 5 (Loft): Third-floor loft area with two twin beds – perfect for kids or extra guests

Whether you're looking to relax by the pool, soak in the hot tub under the stars, or spend your days by the ocean, Summer Winds #191 is the ultimate beachfront retreat for your next vacation. This home includes a high chair and a pack-n-play.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

Amazing location and beautiful well appointed home. Loved the pool, hot tub, pool table and super short walk to the beach. Couldn’t ask for a better experience or stay!

Home was great for our family of 7, plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. My sons enjoyed the pool table and swimming pool. The only thing I would recommend to make it perfect, would be baby gates for the 3 open staircases in the main living area. We had a 2 and 1 year old and we had to constantly watch to make sure they didn't fall down the stairs, which made it hard to relax and enjoy family time. Would be the perfect getaway without toddlers.
