Welcome to In Spiaggia "At the Beach" #185, a desirable, modern and minimalistic oceanfront home managed by Landmark Vacation Rentals, situated in an amenity-packed destination that will have you returning year after year. This 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home in the heart of Surf City offers a private beach access, so you're just steps from the sand. Combining luxury, practicality, and meticulous attention to detail, In Spiaggia #185 comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests, making it the perfect serene getaway. A short walk from the property takes you to the endless entertainment options Surf City has to offer, including charming shops, restaurants, lively bars, coffee and ice cream spots, the Surf City Ocean Pier, Soundside Park, Topsail’s Touch Tank Aquarium, and much more.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright, open, and airy space filled with natural light and soothing blue tones that mirror the ocean. The top level is where the heart of the home lies, featuring a spacious kitchen, living, and dining area—perfect for gathering together for meals and making memories. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities needed to prepare meals throughout the week. The dining table seats 8, with an additional 4 bar stools at the kitchen island for extra seating. The expansive deck offers breathtaking sunrise views, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Two of the six bedrooms can be found on the top level. One has a queen-sized bed and the other has a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath. The other four bedrooms can be found on the second floor. Two of the bedrooms have king-sized beds with a private ensuite bathroom and oceanfront deck access. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. There is shared bathroom in the hallway.

Included: Wi-Fi, 7 Smart TVs, an outdoor shower, an elevator, a collapsible play pen, and a gas grill. Linens are provided with your stay, including all bedding + bath. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A first-night amenity bag is provided to get your stay started which includes an initial supply of two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, detergent, and more.

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There’s no need to keep up with keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.

Location, Location, Location!!!In Spiaggia is in a GREAT location. Walk to restaurants, stores (grocery & otherwise), shops galore, fishing pier, you name it. Pleanty of room for the 6 adults and 4 kids, with everyone having their own space when needed. Oceanfront views. We were even close enough to the sound to walk to our boat rental for a cruise down the ICW!

On the downside, the deck is in need of some major work. Seems stable and secure enough but we had a several splinter incidents just moving about and had to make sure everyone had shoes or flipflops, and no hand dragging. The grill belonging to the property was not usable, so we rented one locally. The shower curtain rod in the upstairs bath kept falling down (we secured it as best we could when we left. The property did not seem to be as "clean & sparkely" as when we last stayed there in 2023. None of these issues overrode our overall satisfaction with the property, but felt you should be aware.

We have rented In Spiaggia (at the beach) for the past 5 years. It feels like home. The location is wonderful, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the park. The house is beautifully furnished and it has plenty of room for everyone to relax together or in private. Both decks have comfortable seating for soaking up the sun, eating lunch, or just watching the waves roll in.

In spiaggia was the perfect house for our multi generational stay. Plenty of space to spread out and close enough to everything surf city has to offer. The grill was the only downside as it was not usable. We would definitely look to this house again for future trips.

My family of five had a wonderful time at In Spiaggia! The house is absolutely beautiful and the location was great. Literally can walk to any restaurant and amusement in the area. You can see the pier from the balcony and it's only a short 3 to 5 minute walk. Great location, very clean, would definitely stay again!
