Private boat dock with gazebo right on the canals in Surf City, welcome to Snuffy's Place #110, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home! Bring your boat and tie it up at the house for your entire stay! The home is brand new to the rental market and features a separate Mother-In-Law suite with private entrance, kitchen, and full bath that sleeps 4! Enjoy fishing, crabbing, boating, kayaking, and more right from this large, beautiful house that sits along the canals. Snuffy's Place want's to make sure your trip is complete with the entire family, including your pup! An additional non-refundable fee of $300 per dog applies, with a maximum of two dogs allowed.

With enough room for multiple families, this house sleeps 17 with a Mother-In-Law (MIL) Suite with private entrance located on the lower level. When you first arrive, a wonderful screened-in porch greets you below where you will also find the entrance to the private MIL suite. This suite has its own kitchen with additional fridge, stove, microwave, 12-cup drip coffee maker, and dining space for 4. There is also a living room with a TV and a queen pullout sofa for extra sleeping space and full bathroom. A private bedroom with a queen-sized bed and TV are also located in the MIL suite. This is a great amenity for guests who want to find a little privacy and peace and quiet at the end of a fun family day!

The main house features a large, well-equipped kitchen with seating for 3 at the bar. A separate dining area and breakfast nook are located on the primary level of the main home with seating for 10. The spacious living room has ample seating for everyone in your group, and on the cooler mornings and nights, enjoy drinking your coffee or cocktails around the gas fireplace. The master bedroom is on this primary level with a king-sized bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom. There is an additional full bathroom on this primary level as well. The second floor has three additional bedrooms along with a half bathroom and one more full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, twin bed, and baby crib, the second bedroom has a queen and a set of triple twin over twin over twin bunk beds (not pictured), and the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin bed. Snuffy's Place has plenty of deck space with a lot of seating options to enjoy the beautiful water views off the back of the house. When you're ready to enjoy the beach, just walk down the street to the public beach access. After you get back from fishing, use the fish cleaning sink to prepare your catch for dinner and clean up in the outdoor shower, both located in the gazebo!

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. The door code to the private entrance to the MIL Suite will be provided with your check-in instructions. There’s no need to keep up with keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.

Maximum occupancy is 17. Please note there is no landline at this home. Guests assume all risks associated with using the boat dock. There is no grill provided, but grills are available to rent through various local rental companies if desired. Grilling is allowed only in the parking area, away from the house. There is a highchair available for guest use.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

We enjoyed the home and it's location in close proximity to all of our island favorites. The back yard is great for entertaining and their is plenty of parking. The home was nice. Note the mother in law suite is completely separate and is a unique set up with a wall unit so it was a bit warm and not very inviting but it was great for our teens.

Snuffy's place is ideal for anyone who can't do steps because the mother-in-law suite is ground level. The house is lovely and well equipped to meet all needs. The screen porch and gazebo make for delightful places to enjoy the outdoors and canal. Landmark provides good customer service and updates. It is within walking distance to the beach. If you have a large crowd, it is provides space and privacy for all. I highly recommend Snuffy's place. We didn't want to leave.

Spent Thanksgiving at the beach with my family. We had a great time staying at Snuffy's Place. The house was perfect, lots of space. The boys loved fishing at the dock and playing football in the backyard. Very close to the beach. May be the start of a new tradition. Would definitely stay there again.

This rental is all we ever needed! Very spacious and clean! Up to date appliances and everything we needed in the kitchen. My parents stayed with us and were able to stay in the mother in law suite downstairs where they didn’t have to go up and down the stairs to the main floor. It was perfect for us! The boat dock was great!
