Welcome to Reel Grace #176, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home, and an oceanfront gem in North Topsail Beach that promises an unforgettable coastal retreat. This 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home offers spectacular water views of both the sound and ICW from the front of the house while the back features floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking ocean views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the ocean at your fingertips with a private beach access directly behind the house.

The open-concept living area on the first floor is bathed in natural light, showcasing stunning ocean views from every corner. Relax in the comfortable living space with a cozy sectional, and a large TV, or step out onto the beachfront deck to enjoy direct access to the sandy shores. The fully equipped kitchen is a cook’s dream, featuring modern appliances. The island seats six, making it a perfect spot for casual meals, while the dining table, also seating six, offers unparalleled ocean views. A smaller living area adjacent to the kitchen provides additional seating and a second TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of sun and surf.

Reel Grace is designed for comfort and relaxation with five well-appointed bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 14 guests. The main floor first floor features two bedrooms, both with one queen-sized bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed in each. A shared bathroom connects the two rooms. The second floor has three bedrooms, one has a queen-sized bed with a hall full bathroom. The second is a king-sized bed with full connected ensuite. And then there is the primary king suite, a luxurious primary suite with its own beachfront balcony, an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub, and an office nook.

Included: WIFI, 7 Smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, and linens, including all bedding + bath. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A first-night amenity bag is provided to get your stay started which includes an initial supply of two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, detergent, and more.

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There’s no need to keep up with keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay. This home is not pet friendly.

Reel Grace is a beautiful and comfortable beachfront home. The area is quiet and very relaxing with very little traffic. The entire house is spacious and well laid out. Our family enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen and put it to good use preparing nearly all our meals throughout our stay. Walkout access to the private beach is great and a real bonus for a multi- generational family group. Upon arrival we found the property clean and well maintained. Landmark Vacation Rentals provided excellent customer service and communication in advance of our arrival and quickly responded to our inquiries once checked in. Included bed linens, towels and arrival toiletries starter pack is a welcome added convenience especially for those travelling a long distance. Overall, this is a wonderful home in a great location that our entire group enjoyed very much.

We had a great time staying at Reel Grace. With it being early in the season, we did encounter a couple of issues. The kitchen disposal was not working until we removed a large wad of something. One of the toilets did not flush consistently and needed a plunge. Two of the shower heads upstairs did not have a nice stream of water, they need to be cleaned/evaluated for replacement. Other than those few things, we found the place to be a great large family vacation house. We really liked the private outdoor shower and access to the beach. The kitchen was also well stocked with appliances and tools. We'd love to stay again :)

We had the best week staying at Reel Grace in North Topsail! The property was very clean and well equipped. Perfect location and direct access to the beach was so nice. Large rooms and plenty of space for our family. We can't wait to stay here again!

Loved the direct access to the beach and plenty of beds for everyone for our family Thanksgiving. It would have been nice to have a table that seated more than 6, but we made it work. Overall a great property and we would stay again!
