Description

Welcome to Pasture to Paradise #126, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home, with amenities galore! Private Saltwater Pool and Outdoor Tiki Bar, Tesla charger in the carport, 2 kayaks with paddles and life jackets, 5 bikes (2 adult, 3 kid sizes) with 3 helmets, a plethora of games to entertain, many baby items for your smallest family member, and dog friendly! An additional non-refundable fee of $300 per dog applies, with a maximum of two dogs allowed.

Immerse yourself in the beauty and breathtaking serenity of coastal North Carolina. Just built in early 2023, this home is expertly decorated and appointed to reflect the utmost in coastal charm and refinement, you will have everything you need and more for a memorable beach vacation. Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, this home offers sprawling outdoor deck space with beautiful ocean views and is the perfect spot to relax and entertain family and friends. There are a total of 6 spacious decks, one off of each level of the house that offer several seats where you can sit and enjoy a bird's eye view of the unspoiled coastline for miles. A public kayak launch is about a 1/2 mile away (10-15 minute walk). Renters will need to transport kayaks to and from launch with a cart (provided) or with a vehicle.

With a total of 4 bedrooms plus one additional private sleeping space and 3.5 baths, this home has more than enough space to accommodate 12 people. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom has two sets of twin bunks, a TV, and deck access. The bunk room shares a bathroom with the second bedroom, which has a queen sized bed, TV and deck access. The third bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, ensuite bathroom, and deck access.

The main living area is located on the second floor where guests can enjoy the open-concept gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked including crock pot, seafood boil pots, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, and so much more! There is seating for four at the breakfast bar as well as an additional 12 at the dining table. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a large TV for enjoying family movie nights or catching your favorite sports team.

The master suite is located on the top floor and features a king sized bed, TV, private deck and ensuite bathroom with relaxing soaker tub. The master suite is also equipped with an office desk with dual monitors, keyboard and mouse with connection hub for anyone who needs to sneak away to a quiet place for the occasional work call or email. An additional private sleeping space with a twin bunk bed is also located on this top floor adjacent to the master suite.

Pasture to Paradise offers an outdoor shower and an elevator. High speed internet and smart TVs are provided in 5 of the rooms. A pack and play, 2 baby gates, and high chair are available for the guests' use. Up to 2 dogs are welcome at this home with an additional fee of $300 per dog. Dogs must weigh 50 lbs or less.

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay. A linen package is included with your stay. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note all top bunks and trundles will not be made.

The private pool can be heated for an additional fee in April, May, September, and October, as long as the outdoor temperate is at least 60 degrees. Please note, that the pool heater will only heat 10 degrees warmer than the outside temperature (forecasted low). Please call our office to add the heated pool fee to your reservation.

Elevator Notice
This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. The elevator is available on the ground floor and accesses all floors. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.

This house was just perfect! There is not a thing I would have changed. It was clean, the beds were super comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked and the beach was right out the door. We took full advantage of being close to the beach. As others have commented, the road that runs along the beach was great for walking our pup. We even took the bikes out for a cruise to see the other areas. We could not have been more pleased with this home. We were able to get groceries about 10 min away so we truly did not need anything. Thank you so much for sharing it with us! P.S. The bean bag chairs were a hidden gem - we've ordered some for our house! We absolutely plan to be back next year!

This was our first year staying at this property after nine years of annual family beach vacations with our children and grandchildren. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

The home was very clean, and the pool was fantastic—a must-have when vacationing with children. The walk to the beach was short and easy, and the pool lights at night created a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. The home was also very comfortable, and the views from the dining area and all of the decks were outstanding.

There are just a few things that could be improved. While the large seafood boil pot was appreciated, the next largest pot was only a 5-quart Pampered Chef pot. Adding another pot of similar size would be helpful for larger families. I also found only a couple of lids that fit the smaller pots.

The Ninja coffee maker was missing the pod insert, so I was fortunate that I had brought my own. In our nine years of renting beach houses, this was also the first property that did not have either a gas or charcoal grill. Thankfully, a friend who lives nearby let us borrow theirs.

The fourth-floor bedroom had a closet that appeared to be reserved for the owners, leaving no space for guests to hang clothes.

Despite these minor issues, this is a lovely home that we thoroughly enjoyed. If these concerns are addressed, I would definitely recommend this property to a friend and would certainly consider renting it again.

Found this house on VRBO. Great size and location for our family. Had a great pool for relaxing when you are not on the beach. Just a short walk to the beach and great view of the ocean and the sound from the decks. Great deck views from both two sides for a sunrise and a sunset view. Great bike riding area away from heavy traffic. The kitchen and dining area is amazing with lots of space and everything you need to have meals cooked in if you don’t wanna fight the crowd. Everything was perfect especially the view from the master bath as you shower looking out over the ocean. Highly recommend for your next family vacation.

Great location near ocean. But is on a corner with traffic. House was clean and an elevator! Do wish I had brought pans, some of these needed to be replaced. TV in every room. We had 2 austic kids and soon realized we needed to block the sliding doors. All in all I would give this house 2 thumbs up. Management reacted quickly to hot tub issue. AC took a day.

House was great! Just a few minutes walk to the ocean, nice view of ocean when sitting on the front decks. Everyone loved the pool/hot tub especially at night with the rope lights. The elevator made things really easy also loading/unloading bags and groceries. Plenty of seating for everyone. House location was good wasn't too far from stores. We hope to be back in the near future!

We had a full week at this very lovely home. An absolutely fabulous place! The amenities were great with an elevator, full kitchen, great beds and pillows, lovely furniture, and fabulous views of the ocean. The pool was also great even though it rained and was cool but we could put our feet in it. We really enjoyed the large dining room table --we completed 2 puzzles and did not have to cover them up when we ate. i would highly recommend this place as a well-run and lovely vacation home. We hope to go to this home again.

This was our second time staying at Pasture to Paradise and we all had a great time again. We love the short walk to the beach and the pool was perfect after the hot days on the beach. We love that the property is dog friendly too. We hope to be back next year!

Beautiful home at a great location! Everything was great! We had a great time and enjoyed cooking our meals in the kitchen (that had everything we needed) and eating together at the large dining table. The beach was close and easily accessed and the area is clean and quiet. We felt comfortable leaving our things at the beach while we went back to the house to eat lunch each day. The pool is nice although I do recommend paying to get it heated if it’s not warm weather. Our only small complaint is the coffee maker didn’t always work correctly. We enjoyed taking the bikes out a couple of times to explore the island. It is a wonderful home to stay at and enjoy some time at the beach!

This house has everything you could need and more. Beautifully maintained and extremely clean. Amazing views from every floor. Owners definitely thought out every little detail for this house. I would definitely recommend this place! My only suggestion to future renters is do not pay the fee to heat the pool. Not worth the cost at all. Listing stated it would heat to 10 degrees warmer than the outside forecasted low. I am a pool owner, I promise.... it did not. If I had a pool thermometer, I could have proved it.

This was one of the best beach houses I have stayed. It was large enough for my whole family and fur babies. The pool was a great addition and we were steps away from the beach. The management company was easy to reach and was quick with responses.

The rental property was great. The only thing that was a minor hiccup in our stay was the AC on the top floor quit working so the top floor became uncomfortable at times. The HVAC co was called and they conducted a temp fix, that only lasted 2 days. The home owner bought a portable AC to help the heat on the last days of our stay.

This house has it all, but the location- wow!! Easy walk to beach and a pool?! It does not get any better! The views are unreal! Very well appointed- there is nothing you need. Plenty of room, beds are comfy and great shower pressure which I feel is sometimes hard to find in a beach house. Our entire family would highly recommend. If you are considering this house- book it now! You will not be sorry. We had a fabulous time!

We had a great week at Pasture to Paradise. The house was perfect for our family. We found the house very clean, the kitchen well stocked, loved the pool and the
yard space out back for the dogs was great. The elevator was a definite bonus. We have been renting on Topsail for many years now and have to say this was our favorite rental to date. The walk to the beach was short and the beach area was not busy at all.We hope to book again for next year!

I absolutely enjoyed everything about my stay at Pastures to Paradise. Landmark makes it effortless and the house was immaculate. Plenty of furnishings and wall art makes it very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped to serve 12 or more with everything you need to entertain. You want get a better view and the beaches are pristine. I would recommend booking this vacation house- that owners and management group makes you feel at home.

This house was excellent. Extremely clean and fully stocked with anything you need. The process with the booking was easy and we would use them again. Location was great, it was like having private beach everyday. Beds, furniture and linens were extremely comfortable, this house didn't feel like an rental unit it felt like you were staying at your friends house.

We enjoyed our vacation week at the beach in Pasture to Paradise #126. The location was great with easy beach access and plenty of space on the beach for everyone. The kayaks at the home were convenient with easy access to the bay one block away. The owners took a lot of pride in the amenities from cooking utensils, a dog crate, pack-n-plays as well as a highchair for families with small children. We also loved the deck furniture, which made for a relaxing evening after spending a day at the beach. You can tell by the decor and home furnishings that the owners knew what is needed in a beach house for guests to feel at home.
