Brand new construction (2023) in the Oceanridge Community of North Topsail Beach, welcome to One Particular Harbour #144, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home! This expertly designed and decorated oceanfront oasis will be sure to delight you and your friends and family for a luxurious and relaxing beach vacation any time of the year. Guests will enjoy the private hot tub overlooking the ocean, a community pool, a game room featuring a foosball table and arcade game, and the gorgeous decor of One Particular Harbour #144!

The sophisticated, coastal style of One Particular Harbour will delight at every turn. Guests are welcomed into a large family room with comfortable and stylish seating for everyone in your group to enjoy on the main floor. The adjacent sitting area with ocean views is a great space to curl up with a good book or play your favorite family game but still be part of the action with the open concept living area. A fully stocked kitchen with beverage fridge, wet bar, and seating for 3 at the island await with ample space to gather together to prep and enjoy meals while looking at the beautiful blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The dining area offers plenty of space to enjoy meals together with seating for 10 at the dining table overlooking the ocean, and additional seating for 4 at the bar space in the sitting area. A half bathroom is also located on the main floor. The private hot tub can be found on the deck just off the dining area overlooking the ocean. The main floor deck is partially covered and offers ample seating and an outdoor dining space.

On the main floor, guests will find an office with a desk and twin daybed and the first of four bedrooms featuring a queen sized bed, TV, and en suite bathroom. As guests make their way upstairs to the 2nd floor, three additional bedrooms await. The bunk room is styled with a twin XL over queen bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed sleeping a total of 5. This bedroom has access to a full bathroom in the hall at the top of the stairs. The next bedroom features a king sized bed, TV, en suite bathroom, and oceanfront deck access. An additional sleeping space is located on the 2nd floor with a queen sleeper sofa, TV, and oceanfront deck access. The luxurious master bedroom features a king sized bed, large en suite bathroom, TV, and coffee nook with oceanfront deck access. All bedrooms have closets and/or dressers for clothes storage during your stay.

No detail was spared in the design and styling of One Particular Harbour. With multiple oceanfront decks to sit out and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea, a private hot tub, community pool, a game room, board games, and so much more, guests will make many memories and will be sure to return year after year. There is a private elevator which is a welcome amenity to those with mobility issues and for taking luggage and groceries to the upper floors that reach all levels of this home. High speed internet and smart TVs are provided throughout the house, and an outdoor shower awaits for easy rinse off after a great day at the beach! There is plenty of parking spaces at this home in the 4 car tandem garage and a keyless entry lock on the door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note all top bunks and sleeper sofas will not be made. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning vacation home, and we were absolutely blown away. From the moment we stepped inside, it was evident that every detail had been carefully curated to create an environment of pure luxury and comfort.The attention to detail throughout the house was impeccable. From the custom furnishings to the luxurious amenities, every aspect of the home exuded sophistication. It felt more like stepping into a high-end hotel than a typical vacation rental.One of the highlights of the home was its beach access. Being able to step out onto the beach whenever we pleased was truly a treat, and the views from all over the house were simply breathtaking. Whether we were lounging inside or enjoying the relaxing spaces outside, we were constantly surrounded by beauty. The beach seems almost private and the long walks looking for shells were a favorite for all! The house was equipped with everything we needed for a perfect vacation. From the hot tub to the abundance of seating areas, there was no shortage of opportunities to unwind and enjoy the scenery.The house was also wonderfully accommodating for guests of all ages. Whether it was the teens, young adults, middle-aged adults, or elderly members of our family, everyone found something to love about this place.I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the home. It was spotless, which only added to the overall feeling of luxury and comfort.Our time at this vacation home was nothing short of magical. It provided us with seven days of wonderful memories with our family, and it was truly hard to leave. If you're looking for a dream vacation home that checks all the boxes, look no further. This place is a gem and we can not wait to return!

My family and I had a great week! The location is perfect, right on the ocean. The home is practically brand new with everything you would ever need for a relaxing vacation. Beautifully decorated, clean and welcoming. We will absolutely look to come back to One Particular Harbour #144!

This house was truly amazing and we will definitely be returning.
The house had everything we needed minus the few things they recommended us to bring. The elevator was super helpful for our arrival and departure.

My family stayed at this absolutely breathtaking home in August 2023. We thought it had to be too good to be true, but it was just as described online and was perfect for our family of 9. The owners are the most gracious hosts and the home was supplied with everything we could want and need for our stay.

We enjoyed the hot tub, the beach (easily accessible on foot), the back deck (ahhhh coffee!) and the large dining room table where we laughed until we cried playing card games.

We had a wide age range with us from 5 yo to 77 yo and the elevator helped us all maneuver the home to get packed/unpacked efficiently and easily.

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more and will be reminiscing on the memories for years to come. We’ve already started to plan for a trip back! You won’t be sorry if you rent this home.
