Welcome to La Mer Topsail #118, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home. This pristine North Topsail Beach vacation rental features incredible front row ocean views, a private hot tub, direct beach access, a community pool and elevator. With five bedrooms and four full baths, this home can comfortably accommodate 14 people. Guests will be blown away by the extraordinary views of Topsail’s beautiful beach. With three levels of wide oceanfront decking, you’ll find yourself sipping an evening cocktail watching for dolphins and listening to the comforting sounds of the waves right from the property. With direct access to the private beach boardwalk, guests can easily enjoy ample time at the beach. Afterwards, take a dip in the refreshing community pool or soak in the hot tub.

From the moment you step foot into the main living area, you will be enticed by the blue waves right outside the windows. Enjoy direct oceanfront porch and hot tub access from the living and dining room. The beautiful hardwood floors and distinctive unique décor offers a designer touch not commonly found in a rental. The living room offers a comfortable L-shaped sofa, mounted flat screen TV, and board games that all guests will enjoy, and on cooler evenings, guests can warm up by the electric fireplace. Grab a refreshing drink from the built-in wine cooler or coffee from the Nespresso machine. The large and fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances, and a fully stocked spice cabinet will make cooking a breeze. With bar stool seating for four at the kitchen island, and dining room seating for nine, guests will have plenty of space and everything they need to enjoy a meal on vacation. This floor features a bedroom with a king-sized bed, closet and adjacent full bathroom, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra sleeping space.

The second floor has three additional bedrooms. The first bedroom is great for kids as it features two twin over twin bunk beds, a closet and nearby bathroom. Soak in the coastal breezes and ocean views from the expansive balcony which is shared between the remaining two bedrooms on the second floor. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, attached bathroom and closet. The other room has a queen-sized bed and attached closet.

The property is equipped with a washer and dryer which is located on the second floor as well.

Ascend up the stairs to find the master suite on the third (top) floor. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, a private and spacious bathroom, and closet. The master features an oceanfront balcony with outdoor seating, a mini fridge and Keurig.

This one of a kind home is sure to provide truly special memories with family and friends!

This rental provides guests with the convenience of a baby gate, high chair, and toys for those with small children.

For entertainment, high speed internet is provided. There is a flatscreen TV provided in each bedroom. Guests may login to their streaming accounts on the Roku TVs.

There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Guests will be emailed and texted their door code prior to their check-in. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Please note, the elevator only goes from the ground level (parking area) to the main (1st) floor and does not access the 2nd or 3rd floors. There is parking in the driveway for 4 vehicles only.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note all top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

Did a week on the beach in North Topsail. Great oceanfront property near the pier. Home was clean and matched the pictures. Elevator was a bit tempermental but was useful in bringing in luggage and groceries. The place had plenty of space for the 8 adults and two children and was very kid friendly. The gate on the stairs was a nice touch and a lot of toys. Great views and location is easy to get to the bridge over to Food Lion. Also hit up Ricks one night, Trailer Bar several nights, and ordered Topsail Steamers. I'd get this place again in the future.

it was overall good. I will note the living kitchen space was smaller than pics looked and furniture was not comfortable - one section of couch was very worn and low to the floor. Need additional chairs on the main level balcony

The house was clean and nicely decorated. The location is steps from the beach which is perfect when traveling with little kids. The elevator was great for my elderly parents. We especially appreciated the little extras such as the baby gate at the stairs since we had a new walking toddler with us.
The only improvement we can think of is to include a 2nd pack of kitchen towels as the only set provided stayed wet after a few days.

This was a great place to wrap up to 2024 and an amazing start 2025. La Mer Topsail 118 had everything we needed, was clean, comfortable, and we had the best time. We loved the hot tub in the evenings, the deck in the mornings for coffee, and the convenience of just walking out the back door to go for a beach walk was perfect. We walked over to Splash By The Sea a couple times for lunch and dinner, and it was delicious. The sunrises off the back deck were breathtaking, and hunting for shark’s teeth near the pier was our favorite way to spend the day.

There is a common wall, and the wooden decks of the neighboring units were sometimes a bit noisy. We could hear music from next door, and at times it got a little noisy, but never enough to ruin the peaceful vibe. We hope to stay here again soon!!!

We had the best long weekend with friends at La Mer 118! Super kid friendly with games, toys, pack n play, high chair, and more. We loved being beach front and made use of the hot tub and community pool. We'll definitely be back!

Our family had such a wonderful vacation in this home! It was right on the beach, so the views were beautiful and easy access to the beach. The house was so clean and had so many games and toys for kids. It also had very helpful baby items like a pack n play and highchair. There were tons of items for the beach, so it was a very easy place to settle into. The owner was also very communicative and took care of any concerns we had very quickly. We would definitely stay again!

We rented this home in Aug &Sept. each for a week. Aug was our family Sept was a friends trip. Both trips were outstanding. House was clean and well supplied. We did not expect to have some items supplied for us so we added ours to the stuff there. Any interaction with Landmark was professionally handled. House is great-neighborhood amazing. Community pool clean. We will be back!!!

This home was everything we hoped for. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The Landmark staff was very helpful when we checked in and had problems with the door code. Looking forward to our stay again. The pool was great never crowded and very clean also.
