Look no further than Jimmy’s Hideaway #131, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home, to experience that heavenly beach getaway you’ve always dreamed of. Nestled on Wrightsville Beach’s Harbor Island, this waterfront home combines breathtaking Banks Channel views with an updated sense of coastal refinement to create heaven on earth. This luxurious home offers 5 appointed guest bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms that offer an upscale sophistication within a relaxed soundside serenity. A private boat dock provides deep water access and a mini beach where guests can enjoy playing in the water, soaking up the sun, fishing, or paddleboarding. Blissful outdoor spaces await guests with expansive elevated decks accompanied by luxurious outdoor furniture and a gas tabletop fire pit. After a long day on the water, relax by soaking in the private hot tub. Bring your four-legged family member and let them run and play in the fenced-in backyard (an additional non-refundable fee of $300 per dog applies, with a maximum of two dogs allowed). Walk to the public beach access down the street or to one of Wrightsville’s many wonderful restaurants, bars, shops, or park. There is a Traeger Grill available for the guests' use.

Inside, this marvelously updated home has an open-floor plan living area with hardwood flooring throughout and windows spanning the space that allow you to soak in the coastal scenery from any vantage point. Guests will enter through the ground floor where there are two doors leading to each garage. Proceed up the stairs to the first floor where you’ll find a beautifully updated gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, Viking and Sub zero appliances, double ovens and a wet bar with a wine cooler and ice maker perfect for entertaining. Seating for six is found at the bar as well as an additional eight at the dining table. The living room is detailed by coastal chic décor, comfortable seating and custom built-ins surrounding a flat-screen Smart TV. Step onto the porch and soak in sprawling views of the channel. Located on this floor is the first bedroom which has a king sized bed, a Smart TV, and deck access to the front of the house. A hall bathroom is shared between this bedroom and the main living area.

On the second floor, you’ll find three more bedrooms. At the top of the stairs is the soundfront master suite with a king sized bed, Smart TV, private deck access with sound views, and a well-appointed ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, double vanities and walk-in shower. The second floor also has a bedroom with a queen sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, and another room with a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. A full sized washer and dryer is found in the laundry room hall closet.

On the third floor, you’ll find an open concept bonus area great for the kids to spread out. This loft area features a foosball table, games, Smart TV, and comfortable couch seating. This space also features a full bathroom, and a wet bar with sink, mini fridge, and coffee maker. Around the corner from the TV is a sleeping nook with a built-in twin over queen sized bunk bed and an additional twin bed. There is plenty of cabinet storage located beside the bunk. This open and spacious entertainment area offers the ideal space for kids to sleep and hangout. A top level deck is accessible for guests to sunbathe or enjoy a birds eye’s sunset over Banks Channel.

There are two full length garages on either side of the house which provide plenty of parking, an extra fridge, and additional storage. For entertainment, high-speed internet and 5 Smart TVs for steaming are provided.

Linens are provided with your stay and the beds will be made prior to your arrival. Note: top bunks are not made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

Our family has stayed at Jimmy's Hideaway several times now, and still love the location and overall layout. The decor is beautiful and it always seems clean when we arrive. So nice that beds are already made!
The cons - there are always some light bulbs missing or burned out. Some you can work around, but others (like in bathrooms) are needed. The other big issue is water pressure or lack thereof, in sinks and showers. We guess it's because it's an old house with old plumbing. One toilet backed up on Thanksgiving Day, but plumber came the next day to fix it. Again, an inconvenience for the folks using that bathroom. Mr. Coffee was also worn out and wouldn't turn on after a few days there. We had to just make runs to Starbucks to make do, which wasn't ideal or inexpensive . But property managers did have a new coffee maker delivered the next day. So overall we still like Jimmy's and thankful property managers are responsive even during Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

This house was great for our large group, but for the price, a few small things would have made a difference. For instance, not every bathroom has toilet paper. We had to run to the store to get more. There were no paper towels. The filtered water was quite slow—it would take a couple of minutes to fill a drinking cup. Water pressure in the showers was fairly low. Overall, these are small things, but the house was beautiful, had lovely decor, and the location was superb. We were asked to do quite a bit by the management company to prepare to leave and the language in the texts threatening fines if we did not do certain things seemed unnecessarily abrasive.

We really enjoyed the location of this rental. The view was beautiful. The house was clean and kept up. The only downsize was that the kitchen was not stocked enough for that big of house. There were only a couple very small pot. Other than that it was a great place!

We love the location of Jimmy's - by the Loop and walkable to playgrounds and eateries. Inside, is a beautifully decorated home with perfect number of beds and baths for our family. Also dog friendly! Like any rental, few things here and there need attention, but the property managers are very responsive, which is so appreciated!

This house was perfectly appointed with all the conveniences of home! The decor is luxury, the furniture so comfortable, and kitchen fully stocked. The outdoor dock and little beach are amazing. And the location is perfect. We didn't even go to the beach much because we could hang there and park our boat. We will definitely be back.

Found this place on VRBO. The house is perfect for a large group. The bedrooms are comfy and the bathrooms, especially the master bath and bedroom are perfect. The outdoor areas and hot tub are amazing and easily accessible. Great pier attached to the property and perfect location. Walk over to Wrightsville Beach because you are right at the bridge so you don’t have to move your vehicle. Just a perfect hideaway. Highly recommend this property. The property management is great to deal with, answered any questions or concerns promptly.

Home met our expectations and then some. Home was clean. Great views of waterway. Upgraded nice dock for hours of fun in sun. Nice airy family and kitchen rooms. Loved the Hot tub after a long day of fun.
The paddle boards was the icing on the cake!
