Welcome to Island Time #134, a Landmark Vacation Rentals brand new luxury property. Enjoy your dream beach vacation at this luxurious, oceanfront 5-bedroom home in Surf City, with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and ample space for large families or groups of friends, accommodating up to 14 guests, where no detail has been spared! Island Time #134 promises an unforgettable getaway experience where guests can escape to the ultimate beachfront paradise. On the top floor of this coastal retreat, you'll be greeted by a spacious and beautifully decorated living area, complete with cozy seating arrangements, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light streaming in through the floor to ceiling windows. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of seating for all guests, while the fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasts modern appliances, an additional beverage fridge, and all the cookware, bakeware, and utensils you will need to whip up delicious meals and treats. After a day of fun in the sun, enjoy evenings playing games at the game table in the open concept living room. One large bedroom is also located on the top floor with a king-sized bed and luxurious master bathroom.

The home features five spacious bedrooms, each with its own unique charm and character. The first floor has four bedrooms. Two bedrooms have king-sized beds with oceanfront deck access and ensuite bathrooms. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor, one with a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom, and the other with two twin over full bunk beds. There is one full bathroom in the hallway. This floor also has a spacious and comfy kid retreat area with a large sofa and TV. All of the bedrooms are equipped with luxurious bedding, linens, and towels to ensure a comfortable night's sleep.

Island Time #134 features two over-sized oceanfront decks, one covered and one uncovered, with plenty of room to enjoy the ocean breeze or sunbathe while sipping cocktails and listen to the waves. These decks lead you to the spacious beach by your own private beach access.

This home also has a universal electric car charger for guests as well as indoor and outdoor games such as ping pong, ladder golf, and corn hole. The ping-pong table is located in the garage for you to enjoy with your friends and family.

The location of this vacation rental is ideal for exploring all that Surf City and the surrounding area has to offer. Spend the day on the beach, enjoy fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking, or take a leisurely stroll to the nearby restaurants and shops. The private elevator is a welcome amenity to those with mobility issues and for taking luggage and groceries to the upper floors. High speed internet and cable TV are provided.

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

We had 6 adults and 4 children stay in this beautiful, spacious home. The layout was great. The living area was large so that we had lots of space when we were altogether. The wall of windows was great to view the ocean. Many details helped make our stay fantastic: the on-suite bathrooms, great showers, nightstands by the beds, outside shower and faucets to clean off sand, done decks, and the wonderfully stocked kitchen. Can’t wait to come again!

1. Was the property description accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, etc?
--The property description is accurate and lives up to and surpasses the description provided. The pictures do not capture everything.

2. Was the property clean and well-maintained?
-- The property is maintained and well-kept. Instructions on how to take care of the furniture, tables, and floors are provided. Please review: The homeowner is not asking for extra care; the homeowner shares the best practices for maintaining this beautiful property.

3. Did the owner or manager provide good customer service?

-- Yes. The management company was helpful, provided all the necessary information from check-in to check-out, and was patient when I asked silly questions.

3. Would you recommend this property to a friend or relative?
--One hundred percent. The only criticism I would provide, and it is a personal preference, is that the top deck could use shade or coverage. The top deck off the kitchen is not useable when the sun is out (primetime 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM) or it is raining. This is a shame because the view is beautiful. That is a FIRST WORLD problem.

4. Please recycle. Please respect the turtle sanctuary on the beach in front of the home and anywhere else you may see nesting grounds.

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful beach house and already booked for next year! Well stocked as advertised, clean, and plenty of room for all 10 of us (including 4 teenagers) to spread out. Right on the beach (we had two 80 year old grandparents with us who did not struggle to get down to the beach) and the porches overlooking the ocean are absolutely wonderful. Unlike other beach homes we have rented, there are not beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, etc - that was well communicated by Landmark and so we brought our own but something to remember and plan for. A grill is extra as well so make sure to order that ahead of time if you like to grill.

Had no issues with the house. Did not have to contact rental agency for anything so really had no interaction there. Outstanding location to the beach. Nice upper floor layout. Nicely furnished and everything was in good condition. Liked the outdoor shower. Beach was great for volleyball and people are not on top of each other. Only drawback was didn't find restaurants that interested us like something on or near the water or with more of a healthy seafood menu.
