This beautiful rental is the ideal getaway for those looking to immerse themselves in the coastal lifestyle with activities such as boating, kayaking, fishing, and paddleboarding all at your fingertips. This dog-friendly property allows two dogs max for an additional non-refundable fee of $250 per dog.

The top floor of this bright and spacious reverse floorplan home features a wall of windows overlooking the water in a contemporary living room and kitchen with quartz countertops, along with a convenient half bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. The stylish design creates an inviting atmosphere for entertaining friends and family throughout your stay. Venture to the middle floor, where you'll discover three well-appointed bedrooms and a laundry room. The master bedroom is a true sanctuary, boasting a king-sized bed, a walk-in luxury tile shower, a spacious master closet, and sliding doors to a covered deck overlooking the water. The second bedroom also offers its own deck access, providing breathtaking waterfront views, and a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom has two twin over-twin bunk beds with a pullout twin mattress underneath each, sleeping a total of six in that bedroom. An additional bathroom can be found in the hallway.

There is a keyless entry lock, and guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no-stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided and beds will be made upon arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

We really enjoyed our week at “Fiddler on the Reef” #168. It was spacious and accommodated our 7 adult and one teen easily. Top floor was open concept, balcony had views of both the beach and sound. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We were delighted with the quick and ease of access to the beach, community pool and canal, all three were a quick easy walk-even carrying beach/pool gear. The rental had a great selection of beach gear, enough for everyone to enjoy! We fished and caught crabs on the canal! The beds and furniture were comfortable, appeared newer, enough comfortable seating for all 8 of us. Kitchen was stocked and met our needs. We especially enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness of the complex, it was clean and well taken care of. Being at the southern end of the island was wonderful-we wanted a rental that was quiet and uncrowded, even at the end of July. It was a short drive to shops and restaurants. Landmark was great to work with.

My daughter may have left her phone in the main bedroom. Or may have gotten thrown into the bag of sheets. Please let me know if you find it. Our stay was perfect. Beautiful. Thank you.
