Welcome to Fantasea #183, a Landmark Vacation Rentals property and your ultimate oceanfront retreat in North Topsail Beach! This beautifully updated 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and stunning ocean views. Designed to accommodate up to 24 guests, this spacious and pet-friendly getaway is ideal for large families or groups seeking a relaxing and unforgettable beach escape.

Step outside to your private beach access and feel the sand between your toes, or unwind in the hot tub while taking in the breathtaking coastal scenery. The expansive oceanfront decks feature plenty of seating, providing the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee as the sun rises over the horizon or to watch the waves crash along the shore.

Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed layout with stylish updates, ensuring a fresh and modern feel throughout the home. The spacious living and dining areas on the top floor open directly onto the oceanfront deck, offering seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Each of the seven bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind. Guests will enter through the first floor/ground floor entry way. Breakdown of the bedrooms by floor and bed sizes:

Second Floor:
Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Twin over twin bunkbed with a twin daybed and twin trundle.
Bedroom 4: Twin over twin bunkbed with a twin daybed and twin trundle.

Third Floor:
On the third level, you'll find the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas are perfect for large family gatherings, with modern decor, ample seating, and mesmerizing ocean views. The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring high-end appliances and plenty of space. Outside, enjoy the oceanfront decks with comfortable seating, perfect for dining and relaxing to the sound of the waves.

Bedroom 5: Queen sofa bed/daybed.

Fourth Floor (Top floor):
Bedroom 6: King bed with a queen sleeper sofa.
Bedroom 7: King bed with a queen sleeper sofa.

Two dogs are allowed for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $300 per dog (two dogs max).

Elevator Notice
This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.

Included: WIFI, Smart TVs throughout, a fully stocked kitchen, and linens, including all bedding + bath. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A first-night amenity bag is provided to get your stay started which includes an initial supply of two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, detergent, and more.

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There’s no need to keep up with keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.

We had a great Spring Break at Fantasea! It’s a very spacious and well appointed house that sits right on the beach. All as advertised in the pics and description. Incredible views. The beach is quiet - not desolate, but we had lots of space to ourselves and never felt crowded by other beach goers. We were disappointed that there was no grill, but we rented one from Beach Bliss rentals for about $150 for the week. A reasonable solution. The TV room has comfortable furniture that accommodated our family (including 3 big teenage boys) comfortably and the big TV was great for watching basketball and movies. The kitchen had all of the cooking utensils and cookware that we needed. Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The showers in all bathrooms were underwhelming, but the great jacuzzi bathtubs made up for that. Landmark was extremely responsive to the (minimal) questions we raised - where can we rent a grill, how do we get the hot tub turned on. Great house, great location, great trip. We’ll be back!

We’ve been staying a wk at a time in topsail for 12 years now and this year, because of this house, was the best year we’ve had to date. This house spares no expense with luxuries from a big screen tv in the living room ensuring we could easily watch our sports, to high end appliances and extremely comfortable beds. Other houses we’ve stayed in require the air conditioning to be set so high that we weren’t comfortable, but not here. Walking in to a cool house on a hot day was so refreshing! Will stay here again!

Fantasea allowed us to have a great family vacation which was wonderful to be so close to the beach. Views were great and so enjoyed the quiet beach.
