There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There’s no need to keep up with keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.

A gas grill is provided by the owners for guest use. Landmark Vacation Rentals is not responsible for maintaining or inspecting grills for functionality, cleanliness or safety. Guest is responsible for grilling tools and charcoal/lighter fluid and assumes full responsibility for any damages to/from the grill or resulting from use of the grill. Guests are responsible for cleaning grills provided by the owner upon departure.
