Welcome to Coral Caye #128, a Landmark Vacation Rentals oceanfront oasis sure to wow your entire group! This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath (dog friendly!) home was custom built in 2022 and leaves no detail untouched. This one-of-a-kind home offers guests custom interior design that gives a modern and chic vibe. A beautiful mix of private comfort, modern conveniences, moody colors and stylish décor will provide a unique guest experience not often found in a vacation rental. This home offers two generously sized oceanfront decks accessible from several rooms of the house, as well as a private hot tub located on the second floor deck with unobstructed ocean views. Coral Caye #128 has a private elevator that goes all the way to the ground level making it easy to get luggage and groceries into the house. As an added bonus, Coral Caye #128 is equipped with a Lvl 2 EV charging port for guest use (guests will need to bring their own charging adapter and cord).

The main floor consists of an open concept kitchen, living, and dining room which is ideal for entertaining a large group. The chef’s kitchen offers top of the line appliances making cooking a breeze. There is a Keurig coffee maker and kettle for your morning coffee or tea. An additional ice maker is found in the Butler's pantry along with ample storage. The oversized island offers barstool seating for four and additional seating for eight can be found at the large dining table overlooking the ocean. Relax in the comfortable living room after a fun day at the beach with ample seating and cable TV to enjoy watching the big game or a movie with friends and family. A half bathroom is located on this main level just down the hall from the living room. One of four bedrooms can also be found on the main level, which features a king-sized bed, a TV, and an extra large closet and private drop-zone area great for storing luggage. Guests also have direct access to the side deck from this bedroom with stunning ocean views, and a private, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

As you make your way to the top floor, guests will find a modern yet comfortable seating area and direct access to another oceanfront deck. Three more bedrooms are located on this floor as well, all of which have tall dressers or armoires provided in lieu of closets. The master suite has gorgeous ocean views, a king-sized bed, TV and ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity, walk-in shower and tub. The third bedroom has a queen-sized and a twin-sized bed and TV. The fourth bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed and a built-in twin over twin bunk bed. A hallway bathroom with double stall showers and double sinks are shared between these two bedrooms. This home accommodates 12 people with 8 beds, 2 kings, 2queens, and 4 twins.

Guests will enjoy easy access to the beach from the public beach access just across the street. The carport area has an outdoor shower for easy cleanup after a fun-filled day of sand and sun and a picnic table to enjoy a nice meal in the summer breeze. The private backyard features a bocce ball court, and there is plenty of parking with space for seven vehicles.

For entertainment, high speed internet is provided. There are flat screen Roku TVs provided in each bedroom. Guests may login to their streaming accounts to watch their favorite movies or shows. Cable TV is available in the main living room.

There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note all top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

Nice & Spacious House to enjoy Topsail!

This house is wonderful; the elevator allowed my mother, who uses a wheelchair and walker, to enjoy our family’s vacation. The showers also accommodate shower chairs, which was also needed. And it being oceanfront was also a plus! My mother could see us out in the beach, which was also why we chose this house. And allowing dogs was also needed for our family. We hope to come back to this house as it meets all our needs. My parents, sister and her husband, and her 2 girls and myself all had rooms to ourselves, allowing us to have our own space. Again, we all enjoyed this house.

The rental home was clean upon our arrival and met the needs of our family. The location was great and with views of the ocean and a nice beach area. The hot tub on the front deck was great for a couple of rainy days during our stay.

This was our second stay at Coral Caye. We came to this location again because of the proximity to the beach, the great views and the layout of the home. There is ample, comfortable seating throughout the house, a large open space to gather as a family, 2 king master bedrooms ( a must), a hot tub with a view of the ocean, an elevator, and lots of space in the bedrooms. The rental agency quickly took care of a couple of issues and replied after hours, which was awesome. One thing I would suggest is to have more storage containers and cooking items/better pans in the kitchen. There is no iron, so we brought our own travel iron and board this year. Some people don't care about ironing on vacation, but this is something that we do on occasion. Also, it you want to have your kids sleep past sunrise, bring something to put over the windows in the kids' rooms. The shades are semi-private and anyone can see in. Also in the two master bathrooms there are large circular windows above the toilets. We chose to put one of the extra pillows in the window for privacy. Overall this is a great place to stay, with lots of beautiful views and a comfortable space to gather.

The house was beautiful inside and out. Directly across from the beach so the view was great. Access to the beach was maybe 100 steps or less. Beach was clean and not too busy this time of year so it felt more private.

There were 9 of us and the place was the perfect size. The 2 showers in the bathroom upstairs was a lifesaver. The kitchen is also well stocked (with cookware) so making meals was easy. The rental company was very responsive as well. My only suggestions are to replace the twin bed in the upstairs queen room as there is no way someone over 5 years old could sleep on it. The sofas in the main area are also pretty uncomfortable - a nice big sectional in there would be awesome.

This was a great home for our week on Topsail Beach with our family. We were a group of 9. The home was clean and the amenities were all in working order and as pictured. Please note that the bedrooms do not have closets...there is only one location to hang dress clothing if you need that during your stay. When we arrived we noticed 2 maintenance issues that need to be addressed and we reported those to Landmark. We trust those were fixed after we checked out. Beach access is very close. We were happy with our stay and would recommend the property. Landmark kept us up to date and well informed throughout the week.

Such a gorgeous home with an amazing view of the beach! Loved the beachside hot tub and decks, as well as the quietness of being on a small street. Really just steps to the beach, which was a bonus with kids. The family room has comfortable seating and the seating areas on the 3rd door were nice for reading or relaxing. Every room has a fan with a remote. The outdoor shower has hot/cold water and there’s a hose for rinsing things off in the carport. The keyless entry was very helpful as was the elevator. This home was a very nice and relaxing place to spend our family vacation!

We had a great stay - house was just like the pictures - great amenities, great location and we really enjoyed the hot tub! Close enough to bike to shops and restaurants in Surf City but far enough away that it was nice and quiet.

We had 7 adults and two children in our group and house comfortably accommodated all of us. Layout was great, hot tub and elevator awesome. Property Mgr was very responsive to minor issues/ questions we had. Would definitely rent again. House was as pictured and advertised.
