Never before offered as a rental, this fresh coastal retreat combines modern comfort with relaxed beach-town charm and is just a short 3–5 minute walk to the public beach access. Conveniently located near the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, local restaurants, shopping, and Carolina Beach State Park, this home is the perfect getaway for families and groups looking to experience the best of Carolina Beach.

Main Floor Features:
-Bright open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for gathering and entertaining
-Dining seating for 8 guests
-Ocean-view deck with bistro dining table — perfect for morning coffee and sunrise views
-Bedroom featuring a Queen-over-Queen adult bunk bed
-Full hall bathroom
-Full-size washer and dryer

Top Floor Features:
-Spacious primary suite with king bed, oversized closet, and luxury en suite bathroom
-Private balcony off the primary suite — ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the coastal breeze
-Additional guest bedroom with queen bed
-Full hall bathroom

Outdoor Space

Enjoy the privacy of the fully fenced backyard with comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. A fully enclosed outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off sand and saltwater before heading inside.

For entertainment there are smart TVs in two of the bedrooms and the living room to log into your favorite channels. The WIFI is strong and able to handle all your portable device and streaming needs. Please note: this home is not pet friendly. There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, top bunks will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

Our family had a wonderful experience in this townhouse. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach and close to everything needed to enjoy a perfect vacation.The house was impeccably clean, very well equipped, and decorated with great taste. Every space was comfortable and cozy, ideal for relaxing and spending time together as a family. You can tell the hosts put care and attention into every detail.In addition, the service was exceptional. Communication was quick, friendly, and they were always attentive to making sure our stay was perfect.Without a doubt, this has been one of the best vacation properties we have ever stayed in. We recommend it 100% to anyone looking for an unforgettable seaside getaway. We would definitely come back and rent it again without thinking twice. Thank you for making our vacation such a special experience!

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was exceptionally clean and well cared for. As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, I can honestly say this condo exceeded my expectations.The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. One of our favorite features was the easy beach access—it made spending time on the beach effortless and enjoyable for our family.The condo was comfortable, inviting, and exactly as described. Everything was well maintained, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. If you're looking for a clean, well-managed beach getaway with fantastic beach access, I highly recommend. We would absolutely stay here again!

My girlfriends and I rented this townhome and it was beautiful. Everything was new and nice. It was convenient to everything. We had rain but that was okay we got to learn Mahjong. We have decided to make this an annual trip and will be back.
