This beautifully maintained home is situated on the second row in a quiet neighborhood and offers breathtaking ocean and sound views. Designed for comfort and relaxation, this home features an open-concept living space, a private hot tub, and a spacious game room. With private beach access directly across the street and the Seaview Fishing Pier just a short walk away, you’ll have everything you need for the ultimate beach getaway.

Dogs are welcome with an additional non-refundable fee of $300 per dog (maximum of two dogs allowed under 100lbs).

Carolina Whispers #190 features a reverse floor plan, placing the main living area on the top floor (4th floor) to maximize ocean views. The open-concept design includes a coastal-inspired living room. Glass sliding doors lead to an ocean view deck with a private hot tub—the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals throughout your stay. A dining table is centrally located between the living area and kitchen, while the large center island provides an additional barstool seats. A bathroom and a sound view deck complete this level.

Comfortable Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements for up to 13 guests:

Third Floor:
Bedroom 4: King bed with ensuite bathroom and private, ocean view deck access
Bedroom 5: 1 Twin w/ 1 Twin trundle
Bedroom 6: Queen bed
Bedroom 5 and 6 share a hall bathroom.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite bathroom and private, ocean view deck access
Bedroom 2: Twin over full bunk bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 2 and 3 share a hall bathroom.

First Floor (Ground):
The game room offers fun for all ages with a ping-pong table, bar seating and an extra fridge. This space is perfect for the kids to hang out while the adults relax upstairs.

Additional Features & Amenities:
Private elevator for easy access to all floors, perfect for carrying luggage and groceries. Outdoor gear available for guest use, including paddleboards, boogie boards and surf boards (please note that Landmark Vacation Rentals does not maintain or guarantee the availability or condition of this equipment).

Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay on the keyless entry lock. Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

We had family come from numerous States and it turned out to be a fantastic trip. The house was wonderful, beautiful inside and the views were lovely. We had a problem with one of the bathrooms and the issue was taken care of immediately by the management team! Easy access to the property and when it was time to leave, it was very easy.

Wow what a beautiful and clean house! We had no complaints at all. It was spotless and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. It was the perfect size for our family of 11 for this trip. Would HIGHLY recommend.
