Welcome to Carolina Sands #153 - a Landmark Vacation Rentals destination you’ll find yourself wanting to return to year after year. Professionally decorated and renovated, this sophisticated condo is the perfect combination of coastal living with modern luxury. Carolina Sands, a gorgeous second floor, oceanfront condo features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 8 guests. Savor ocean views and the relaxing sounds of the waves from your private deck, relax by one of the three resort pools, enjoy direct beach access, an onsite restaurant, and much more at this remarkable Villa Capriani condo.

Each bedroom has a private en suite bath attached. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom has two queen-sized beds. A full-sized washing machine and dryer are located in the third bedroom. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated with high-end furniture, high-quality linens, and comfortable bedding, providing a peaceful and restful retreat after a day of exploring the island. This condo is equipped with everything you could possibly desire for a beach getaway such as a large oceanfront deck that overlooks the Atlantic and is accessible from two bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and a wine fridge, bar area with seating for three, a dining table with seating for six, and a cozy living room with a sectional sofa and a Smart TV.

The Villa Capriani resort has three swimming pools, one with a waterfall, a kiddie pool, and two hot tubs all surrounded by massive sun decks with lounge chairs shaded by large swaying palm trees. The shared pool is typically open from April through October 31st.

There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. High-speed internet and Smart TVs are available in each bedroom. There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

The condo is perfect for a family beach trip. With the unit on the beach with beautiful views of the water, easy access to the beach, pool, and restaurant the location cannot be beat. (Walmart also delivers groceries and beach toys to this location!) The rental company is easy to communicate with, the property is beautiful, clean, and well equipped for a family trip.
Only downfall would be the parking situation - (but thats to be expected when precious beachside land is limited) more than likely you will have to park across the street. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fabulous visit to surf city island!

This is the most nicely-appointed condo I’ve ever rented. It was clean, modern, well-stocked, and comfortable. I’ve been staying at Villa Capriani for 30+ years, and while it never disappoints, this unit (and management) truly blew my expectations out of the water. The management company was incredibly simple to work with. My family and I had the most amazing week, and we can’t wait to book again!

Great stay with family which included our parents, three octogenarians. Elevators came in very handy, luggage carts, location was great, and the restaurant at lunch came in very handy. We enjoyed our stay.
