The house was lovely and spacious, and we all enjoyed the location as well. The kitchen size was also very nice. I liked the balconies off every room too. The views were the best and I loved watching the sun set in the evenings.

Our stay at the Blue Pearl was perfect. The elevator made life so much easier bringing groceries and luggage up and down. Pool was a minute walk away and the family enjoyed it when not at the shore, which was a 90 second walk. Spacious inside and the dock was buzzing with fishing poles and laughter. The only downer was Tropical Storm Debbie who cut our time short - we would love to return again. Landmark staff was amazing from our booking to checkout. Treasure the moments in Blue Pearl, a gem.

This is our third year staying at Blue Pearl and we love it! Perfect combination of the sound and beach. My husband loves to fish on the pier. House is clean and comfortable, and views are gorgeous! Short walk to the beach.

This was my second stay at this property and the fourth for some others. We love the location with the dock for kayaking/fishing and quick beach access. Fine TVs and wifi which were important during the tropical depression that deluged us one day. We will be back.

Cleanliness: Had to wash pans before cooking. They had been used and put away unwashed. Some bathroom drawers were filthy from product leakage.

Furniture: I recommend deck furniture updates for the middle and lower decks on the inlet side. On the inlet side middle deck: Chairs one can sit *up* in and have their morning coffee. On the inlet side lower deck: a chair or two added to the lower deck which is empty except for a swing. The mattress in the larger lower level bedroom could use an upgrade. BTW: the upgrade to the couch in the common area was appreciated by all. Finally, please put a larger trashcan in the kitchen area.

Property management: Improve communication. Do not provide numbers to text to if those are not monitored. I tried one to report a leak during heavy rain and got no response. Only got a reply after leaving a voicemail mid-afternoon the next day. Then a mtc person arrived quickly.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house and views were stunning. The property itself was notably clean and well-kept, as were the the linens. The communication with the company was fast and very helpful. We will definitely be looking to stay again!

The Blue Pearl was just what we were looking for! The location was perfect: on the sound with it's own dock (kayaks provided), extremely short walk to beach access, and 1 row back from busy road so it was very quiet. We were informed the grill wasn't working and when I told them we planned to grill, they delivered a new grill/tank within a couple of hours of arriving! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our fresh seafood. Enjoyed the layout of top floor master suite. Welcome package and provided soaps were very handy. Would love to return!

We loved the Blue Pearl and Topsail Beach! It’s a very easy, short walk to the never crowded beach. The town is cute and clean with plenty of restaurant options. The boys loved fishing off the boat dock and the sunsets were amazing!! The only two things that could use improvement would be a better stocked kitchen. We could only find one tiny measuring cup and we cooked several times through the week. Also, the beds on the second level were not the most comfortable...very hard. Other than that we had a great week and it fit our four adults and six kids perfectly!
