**Rates shown are all-inclusive except for taxes** Welcome to Blue Pearl #106, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home! This beautifully decorated, sound front home offers stunning panoramic views of the sound and surrounding salt marsh and multiple bedrooms offer ocean views! Blue Pearl has a private shallow water dock just off the back that is great for kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, and fishing! There are kayaks and life jackets for your use during your stay as well. You can bring or rent a boat and dock at the private dock that has water and power, for your entire stay! There is also a community pool and easy beach access. This home is a short walk to the beach.

The private elevator is a great amenity for anyone with mobility issues and for easily transporting luggage and groceries to the second and third floors. There are two master bedrooms – one is the top floor master-suite with a king-sized bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle pull-out underneath. This room has a private bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. You’ll also have two private decks with stunning views! A spacious fenced-in back yard provides a large area for your four-legged family member to run and play. The second floor has three bedrooms, including the second master with an en-suite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and another with two twin beds served by a hallway bathroom with double sinks. A washer and dryer are also on this floor for convenient clean-up.

For those who love to cook, there is a large, well-appointed gourmet kitchen with an electric range. The living area, kitchen and all the bedrooms in this home have sliding glass doors that open onto private decks or balconies. Roku TVs are in the living room and the bedrooms. Wi-Fi is also available. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off and the carport has covered parking for two cars plus there is an extra-long driveway that fits several more cars.

A Welcome Kit including basic first night necessities such as: bathroom tissue, paper towels, hand soap, dish washing soap and laundry soap will be left for you on the counter and is included in your stay. There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive.

Provided With Your Stay:
The linen package contains bed linens including professionally laundered blankets, sheets, bath towels, hand towels, and bath mats. Beds will be made upon arrival. A Welcome Kit with first night amenities will also be waiting for you to help you get started on your trip. These items will not be replenished during your stay. Professional Cleaning Service Is Provided At The End Of Your Stay.

Please note: Smoking is not allowed at this home. The community boat dock (#10) has no lift and is located on a tidal creek.

The Blue Pearl was just what we were looking for! The location was perfect: on the sound with it's own dock (kayaks provided), extremely short walk to beach access, and 1 row back from busy road so it was very quiet. We were informed the grill wasn't working and when I told them we planned to grill, they delivered a new grill/tank within a couple of hours of arriving! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our fresh seafood. Enjoyed the layout of top floor master suite. Welcome package and provided soaps were very handy. Would love to return!

We really enjoyed staying here. It is a short walk to the beach, and having access to our own personal dock on the sound was great for fishing and watching the sunset. The house was beautiful and clean and enough room for everyone.

Overall

The view of the sound was even better in person! The house was clean and fit all of our needs for a long weekend. The elevator was definitely a plus because there are a lot of steps. The neighborhood the house is located in was nice and quiet. There is a good restaurant/bar across the main road. The walk to the ocean isn't too far at all. We enjoyed our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved the Blue Pearl and Topsail Beach! It’s a very easy, short walk to the never crowded beach. The town is cute and clean with plenty of restaurant options. The boys loved fishing off the boat dock and the sunsets were amazing!! The only two things that could use improvement would be a better stocked kitchen. We could only find one tiny measuring cup and we cooked several times through the week. Also, the beds on the second level were not the most comfortable...very hard. Other than that we had a great week and it fit our four adults and six kids perfectly!

This house was awesome. It was very clean, check in was easy and it was very spacious. The short walk to the beach and the views of the marsh off the back decks were fantastic. This house offers truly best of both worlds, ocean and marsh views. Landmark was easy to work with and we will definitely rent this house again from them!
