The rooftop deck and hot tub provide unobstructed 360-degree views showcasing the Atlantic, the Sound, and hundreds of miles of unspoiled coastline. Blue Haven also boasts elevator service to all 4 floors, a kitchen bar, pool bar, ice maker, two wine fridges, and much more! This magnificent, pristine, one-of-a-kind vacation home is comprised of 10 bedrooms, and 11.5 bathrooms, nestled away on a quiet, secluded, acre + lot. If you are in search of a truly exceptional getaway for your large family gathering or corporate retreat, Blue Haven is unparalleled.

Upon entering, guests are greeted by calming, coastal décor accompanied by an abundance of natural light. On the ground level, you’ll find an entryway to the pool, elevator access, and a lower-level game room and ping pong table. An incredible outdoor living space with a private pool, built-in outdoor kitchen with a sink and bar, ample outdoor seating options, and direct beach access await you. At the end of the day, unwind with a relaxing soak in the hot tub on the roof top deck while admiring endless breath-taking sunsets.

As you make your way to the main level, you will find an expansive game room along with three bedrooms. The game room features a pool table, foosball table, darts, chess table, wet bar, TV, wine fridge, and oceanfront deck access. Off the north wing of the game room, there is a bedroom with an ADA height king-sized bed, an ADA equipped ensuite bathroom along with a zero-entry walk-in shower, TV and oceanfront deck access. Off the south wing of the game room there are two additional bedrooms, each with their own private ensuite bathroom and TV. The ocean side bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin over full bunk bed with oceanfront deck access. The sound side bedroom features a full over full bunk bed with twin trundle.

On the third floor, you will find a sitting area with table and chairs, a TV, and queen sleeper sofa with access to the oceanfront deck. This floor has five bedrooms, each with their own private ensuite bathroom and TV. There are three ocean side bedrooms with king-sized beds and oceanfront deck access. One of the sound side bedrooms has a king-sized bed with deck access, and the other street side bedroom has a full over full bunkbed with twin trundle.

The top floor has two additional bedrooms each with a king-sized bed, TV and ensuite bathroom. The main living space is located on the top floor with a living room that offers ample comfortable seating, an 85” HDTV, access to the ocean front deck, and a half bath. An expansive and inspiring chef's kitchen awaits you equipped with two refrigerators and freezers, two dishwashers, and two ovens. Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find a wet bar area overlooking the ocean with an additional sink, built-in wine cooler, and professional grade ice maker. The dining area boasts a grand dining table with seating for 24 along with ample seating at the kitchen bar to ensure your entire group can share a meal together while enjoying the ocean views.

There is plenty of parking space at this home with driveway parking for 9 vehicles and a private parking lot just for this house with overflow for 15+ cars. There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Please note, there are 4 outdoor security cameras directed outward at each corner of the house.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note all top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you!

The vacation home was beautiful. The beach home was able to accommodate all are vacation needs. The large open space , kitchen and living room ,accommodated 21 people without feeling crowded. Lots of fun for family game night. The heated pool was a plus for the kids to enjoy. Definitely plan on renting again.

We rented this house fife our entire family to spend a week at the beach. We had 16 adults and 3 children with ages ranging from 8 months to 83 years old. The house provided everyone with the space they needed and also had areas where we could all gather and be together. It was a very memorable week!

Our multigenerational family of 18 had a fabulous time at Blue Haven. The double refrigerators, dishwashers and ice machines were very much appreciated. It was convenient that previous guests left behind many children's toys, beach chairs, floats and grills. You will not find a better property than Blue Haven.
