Bel Mare #205 — meaning “Beautiful Sea” — lives up to its name with stunning oceanfront views and coastal charm. This Landmark Vacation Rentals home is an ideal beach retreat that offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and location, making it the perfect choice for your next Topsail Island getaway. With an open reverse floor plan and expansive common areas overlooking the Atlantic, guests can relax together while enjoying endless water views. With a private and direct beach access and being conveniently located within walking/biking distance to Surf City’s shops, restaurants, and the fishing pier, this home truly has it all.

This 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The top floor is designed for gathering and entertaining, featuring a bright and airy great room with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and cozy living room complete with built-in entertainment center. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase sweeping beach views, and sliding doors lead to the oceanfront deck—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails as you take in the sights and sounds of the sea. This level also includes a bedroom with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds (sleeping 4) and a full bathroom.

Downstairs, you will find four additional bedrooms and three full baths. The oceanfront primary suite offers a king bed, private access to the covered deck, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with dual vanities. Another oceanfront room doubles as a second living area, offering a sleeper sofa, large TV, private bath, and deck access—ideal for extra guests or a movie night by the beach. Two more guest rooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed plus a twin trundle, share a full hall bathroom and are located on the street side of the home.

Whether you’re unwinding on the deck, walking to dinner in town, or simply soaking up the view, Bel Mare provides the perfect setting for a memorable coastal escape.

This home is NOT pet-friendly.

Included: Outdoor shower, WiFi, and and Smart TVs throughout. A linen package is included with your stay (This includes bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats, and kitchen towels). All beds will be made prior to arrival, with the exception of top bunks, sleeper sofas, and trundles—bed sheets are provided for these, but guests will need to make them if they are used.

To make settling in easy, a first-night amenity bag is provided with a starter supply of essentials, including one roll of paper towels, four rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a single-use dishwasher pod, laundry detergent, and a few trash bags. Please note that these items are provided as a starter supply and are not replenished during your stay.

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Each guest group receives a personal access code valid for the duration of their stay, so there’s no need to worry about keys or stopping by an office to check in or out. This home is designed for a safe, stress-free, and contactless experience, allowing you to start relaxing the moment you arrive. A professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.

Overall the house was great. Fairly clean. It needs a bit of TLC. Toilet paper holders are falling off the walls, lightbulbs need to be replaced/not working, the couch slip covers need to be washed, the dryer doesn’t work well. The location was perfect. Plenty of space. The kitchen was nice and well equipped. The room with the pullout couch needs a lamp. Can’t beat the views. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved this house! It had beautiful views and is in a perfect location. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking needs. When we arrived, the house was very clean. The texts from Landmark were super helpful with check in/check out information and reminders for trash pickup. We will definitely be returning.

The house and views are beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The location is perfect too and just a short trip to some of our favorite places. When we arrived, the house was very clean and had a starter bag set up for us. Check in and check out were very easy and it was super helpful to have the text reminders for trash/recycling days from Landmark. We will definitely be returning.

We thought the house was beautiful and location exceptional. A few down falls were....didn't think there was enough seating on deck (More chairs we were a party of 6 but couldn't all of us enjoy sitting together)..the dryer didn't work well we had to run 2 cycles to get clothes dry. We called Landmark cause the refig quit making ice...finally started working when we left. The grill was unusable rusted over. No usable beach chairs. Could have used a check out list 2 days before departure, we received the list when some had already left so it was up to us left behind to make sure all was done.
