What an amazing home. You can tell the place is very well kept and the decorations are impeccable. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom attached to it was spacious and very clean. The kitchen is well fought out and easy to maneuver in. The beach and ocean view is amazing! I Would highly recommend staying at this place again.

Our family has been traveling to topsail Island for nearly 2 decades. We have stated many homes, but this house was absolutely the best we’ve ever stayed at! We love the topsoil beach area of the island as the beaches are very wide and uncrowded, and downtown topsail Beach has our favorite restaurants, indoor rollerskating, mini golf, and music and entertainment area just a short bike ride from the houseWe were able to very comfortably fit three generations and 20 people in the home. The luxurious feel and decor was greatly appreciated, but perhaps the best features of the house were they covered deck with Sonos speakers, hot tub, and dining area, followed by six king bedrooms with luxurious en suite bathrooms, and the incredible bunk room for the kids and three separate living room areas with entertainment, gaming, and ping-pong, shuffleboard, foosball. We will absolutely be coming back!

We had a great time relaxing and hanging out in this wonderful house with friends and family. The house was able to accommodate a wide range of age groups, from elementary school age kids to middle aged adults with enough space for everyone to relax. We also left some items behind and they were nice enough to ship those items to us. Thank you.

We had 4 generations that enjoyed this wonderful vacation home! It was great to have three separate living areas, comfortable beds for everyone and a well equipped kitchen. We have rented beach houses for over 50 years in NC and were impressed with the details (e.g., laundry baskets, hand soap dispensers).

Kudos to Landmark Vacations for handling an issue with the 3rd floor AC so quickly.

A few suggestions: trash cans in the 3rd floor bathrooms, some extra blankets for the beds, and fans for the beautiful deck.

All in all, it was a wonderful home and we appreciated all comforts provided!

We really enjoyed our time there. The house has amazing views and is so close to the beach. Beautifully done finishes (tile, countertops, floors, cabinetry, and decor very on trend and well coordinated. A peaceful, beautiful place right on the beach to spend time with family and/or friends.
