With more than 5,200 square feet of beautifully appointed living space, The Beach House pairs expansive gathering areas with incredible resort-style amenities, including a private oceanfront pool, hot tub, residential elevator, game room, multiple oceanfront decks, and private beach access, all framed by breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.

From the moment you arrive, The Beach House makes an impression. Beautiful architectural details, soaring ceilings, warm wood finishes, and thoughtfully designed spaces give this impressive North Topsail Beach vacation home an upscale coastal feel while remaining comfortable and inviting for families and groups. Tongue-and-groove wall and ceiling details and beautiful hardwood flooring add warmth and character throughout the home.

Panoramic Ocean Views & Expansive Living Spaces—
The oceanfront great room features beautiful beamed ceilings, large windows, and sweeping Atlantic Ocean views. Step outside onto the spacious oceanfront deck to enjoy spectacular sunrises, ocean breezes, and plenty of room to relax. The adjoining dining area offers ample space for large family meals and gatherings with room for 12 people at the dining room table and an additional 5 bar stool seats at the kitchen counter. The fireplace is not for guest use.

Gourmet Kitchen Made for Large Groups—
The spacious gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, a vaulted ceiling, granite countertops, and two large islands with plenty of room for cooking, serving, and gathering. A wet bar with an ice maker and mini fridge is located in between the kitchen and living room. Designed with large groups in mind, the open layout makes it easy for everyone to spread out while staying connected.

Bedroom 5: 5 Twin beds total — Street-facing bedroom with 3 twin beds, 2 of which include twin trundles underneath, and an ensuite bathroom.

3rd Floor:
Bedroom 6: King bed — South-facing, oceanfront bedroom with direct oceanfront deck access and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom 7.
Bedroom 7: 4 Twin beds total — Features 3 twin beds, with a twin trundle underneath one bed, and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 6.

4th Floor:
Bedroom 8 – Primary Suite: King bed — Private top-floor, north-facing oceanfront primary suite featuring a vaulted ceiling and a private oceanfront deck.

There is one Queen-sized pullout sofa in the additional living room/game room in between the 2nd and 3rd floor.

The Beach House is dog friendly, so your four-legged family members don't have to miss the vacation. This home allows up to 2 dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $300 per dog. Please note, dogs should not be left unattended in the house or yard.

Elevator Notice
This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.

A linen package is included with your stay (this includes bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats, and kitchen towels). All beds will be made prior to arrival, with the exception of trundles or pullout sofas—bed sheets are provided for these, but guests will need to make them if they are used.

A first-night amenity bag is provided with a starter supply of essentials, including one roll of paper towels, four rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a single-use dishwasher pod, laundry detergent, and a few trash bags. Please note that these items are provided as a starter supply and are not replenished during your stay.

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Each guest group receives a personal access code valid for the duration of their stay, so there’s no need to worry about keys or stopping by an office to check in or out. This home is designed for a safe, stress-free, and contactless experience, allowing you to start relaxing the moment you arrive. A professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.
