Elevator Notice
This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.

A linen package is included with your stay (this includes bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats, and kitchen towels). All beds will be made prior to arrival, with the exception of top bunks, and sleeper sofas—bed sheets are provided for these, but guests will need to make them if they are used.

A first-night amenity bag is provided with a starter supply of essentials, including one roll of paper towels, four rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a single-use dishwasher pod, laundry detergent, and a few trash bags. Please note that these items are provided as a starter supply and are not replenished during your stay.

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Each guest group receives a personal access code valid for the duration of their stay, so there’s no need to worry about keys or stopping by an office to check in or out. This home is designed for a safe, stress-free, and contactless experience, allowing you to start relaxing the moment you arrive. A professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.

Our family had been renting this property for 24 years. When we first rented it, the 10 grandchildren were very young. Now, some of them are professionals, while others are still in college. This property serves as their home for a week during the summer, and they eagerly anticipate creating shared memories, experiences, and fun activities. These moments foster lasting bonds, both old and new.

The home was perfect! We used the whole house and everyone loved having their own space with the many bathrooms! We were quite pleased with the cleanliness and the attention to detail in every space. We also loved the kitchen appliances and having a pantry and extra refrigerator right off the kitchen. The view was outstanding and beach access was easy!
The communication with Landmark was extremely easy and they were very attentive to every need. We also have to give a shout-out to Dewey who took care of all our needs! He was outstanding. We only have some minor suggestions. (a) The carpet on the 3rd floor living room needs secured. (it slides when we try to sit on the sofa & created a tripping hazard). (b) It would be helpful to have baby gate that extends the width of the stairs at the top on the 3rd floor as well as the 2nd floor for small children's safety. (c) 'Clean/Dirty' magnets for each of the dishwashers would be helpful. We loved having the 2 dishwashers but we got confused (LOL)

We have rented this house 6 times since 2015. It is always clean and last year they did several upgrades. The best one is that the beds are already made when you arrive! We also loved that it is close to stores and restaurants and our favorite place to go was Surf City Pier to have family photos taken.

This was our third stay at this incredible beach house, and somehow it gets harder to leave every time. We've been fortunate to travel to many beautiful places, but this home and its location continue to stand out.The beach is absolutely pristine, with breathtaking views and plenty of space to spread out. Even on weekends, it never feels crowded. It's the perfect place for long walks, beach games, or simply sitting back and listening to the waves.The house itself is well designed and spacious enough for everything from large family gatherings to vacations with several couples. The amenities are exceptional and truly make the experience special. From the game tables and beautifully appointed kitchen to the private movie theater with 15 reclining loungers, there's always something to enjoy. The hot tub and pool are wonderful places to relax after a day at the beach, and having all of this just steps from the ocean is hard to beat.What we appreciate most is how comfortable and welcoming it feels. Whether you're cooking together, watching a movie, playing games, or enjoying your morning coffee with an ocean view, the house makes it easy to create lasting memories.We don't often return to the same vacation destination, yet we've chosen this home three times because it offers something truly special. We can't recommend it highly enough.

Wonderful property. Well maintained and stocked. Only a 20 second stroll to the beach. Theater room was impressive. Beds are comfortable. We are going back the next we visit Topsail.

We had a great week staying with adult friends at the La Grande Dame. The home’s beachfront view from the expansive window’s was beautiful at all times of the day. The availability of several king on-suite guest rooms made for great comfort for all of us. The large kitchen and great room area made for easy and enjoyable mornings as we gathered around the table with our coffee and iPads to catch up on whatever we needed to do for the day, or to just cozy up on the sofa to read a book. Meal prep and cleaning was a breeze for many people in the kitchen at once. Nothing can match walking out the door from the main bedroom areas just steps to the beach. Removing the beach sand came easy with a drop area just at the top of the stairs from the beach. The swimming pool is a lovely spot for just relaxing as well. The large deck just off the great room was great for an evening cocktail, just hanging out and loving the view. The elevator made coming in and out with our suitcases and groceries a breeze. Being right on the beach allows everyone to come and go as they wanted, whether coming back from a bike ride, tennis or pickleball match, or just a walk. It was also such easy access right off the main land. Recent retirement could not be better.

What a great house! Lots of room for family and friends to have fun together but not be on top of each other. The living area is open to the well-appointed kitchen and provides tons of seating for mealtime. The house has ample decks in the front and back of the house for hanging out with family on long summer evenings or a quiet moment with your beach read. I especially liked the easy access to the beach from the second floor deck. The beach is never crowded and the gentle surf is perfect for children. As a special bonus, there is a legit theatre room with 15 loungers for comfy viewing. La Grande Dame lives up to her name!

We enjoyed a great week with friends in this beautiful, beach front house. The bedrooms are comfortable with access to decks and bathrooms. The open kitchen, dining and living area is perfect for a big crowd with lots of seating, great appliances, and loads of space for hanging out. Not to mention killer views of the ocean. It is easy to deliver groceries to the kitchen with an elevator that services all three floors. The theatre room with 15 recliners is amazing. Definitely a crowd pleaser. The first floor is all about ping pong and a pool table with another refrigerator and sitting area. While I could have been happy just hanging out on the decks overlooking the lovely ocean, the Top Sail beach deserves a shout out. Beach access is super easy from the house and there was hardly anyone else on the beach during our May visit. The surf was gentle but still great for riding waves. We could walk out in the surf for a long way and there was no drop off. We had a wonderful trip with our friends, but this house also would be a perfect for extended families with children.

What an amazing time we had in this fabulous home in beautiful Topsail. We were overwhelmed with the amenities, no stone (or shell) was left unturned! We shared the house with several friends, and took turns making evening meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with multiple refrigerators (including one for wine), an outside grill, and state of the art appliances that I don't have in my own home! Plenty of excellent nearby fish markets and grocery stores made preparing food a pleasure. Lots of inside and outside dining spaces that accommodate many. Having a private, spacious beach right outside the door, with chairs and beach equipment provided, was another great offering of this rental. We played games on the beach, and enjoyed quiet relaxation (except perhaps when we all watched game 7 of the NHL playoffs in the comfortable reclining seats in the theater room!) Needless to say, we had an amazing time, and would highly recommend this home to anyone!!

Spacious private bedrooms with luxurious bathrooms; expansive common areas, easy kitchen for making large family meals. The dining room table fits 16 or more people making for great celebrations and memorable meals with lots of laughs. The theatre room with so many loungers is fabulous. Pool, ping pong, and other games too! Perfect location right on the beach - away from the crowds. Plenty of room to play bocce or cornhole on the beach! Lots of decks and seating to enjoy the view of the beach and ocean. Convenient location with quick access to supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities. Protected private pool and lounge area. This is well maintained beautiful home with attentive service. Located on a private road. We will keep coming back!

Fantastic Family house with Ideal location

this is an ideal house for family gatherings. The Bech in front of the house is probably the best beach on N.Topsail as it is private and uncrowded and there is enough sand even at high tide to set up for a large group. The kitchen is very well equipped with thoughtful equipment for large group meals and fabulous appliances. The large dining room can seat 14-16 with additional seating at the breakfast bar and another separate dining table with a sunset view. The living room is designed for a comfortable tlarge group gathering. The theater room has great reclining seats for a large group as well. The floor plan provides a lot of privacy for everyone and the bedrooms are spacious with comfortable mattresses and beautifully decorated. We love this house and have noticed. a lot of people return year after year like us. We highly recommend this house.
