Welcome to Take Me A Wave #203, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home! Stay in the heart of Surf City at this oceanfront duplex with unobstructed ocean views from nearly every room. With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and space to comfortably sleep 14, this dog-friendly retreat is perfect for family vacations, reunions, and beach getaways. A max of two dogs are allowed for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $250 per dog.

The spacious living room is filled with natural light, featuring a wall of windows overlooking the Atlantic. With plenty of comfortable seating, it’s the perfect place to watch movies, host a game night, or simply relax while taking in the ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for preparing meals throughout your stay, making it easy to enjoy homecooked dinners together.

Step out onto the spacious oceanfront deck for direct beach access or gather inside where the main living area features wall-to-wall windows showcasing the shoreline. A basement-level game room adds extra fun on rainy days, while the home’s open layout makes it easy to relax together.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1: King bed (with ensuite bathroom)
Bedroom 2: King bed (shares hall bathroom with bunk room)
Bedroom 3: Two Twin-over-Twin bunk beds
Bedroom 4: Two Queen beds (shares bathroom but has direct access from bedroom)
Bedroom 5 (basement): Twin-over-Twin bunk bed

Fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped, this home has everything you need for a memorable Surf City escape. A pack and play is provided at the house.

There is a keyless entry lock on the ground floor entrance. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note all top bunks will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you!

I loved staying at Take Me Awave! We are repeat customers staying here 3 separate times in 2024 and 2025. I could go on and on about how wonderful the house is. The house is very clean and has a very beachy vibe. The bedrooms are very good sized, and a lot of effort has gone in to making the beds comfortable. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook for a large group. The living room area is very large and comfortable for watching movies after a glorious day on the beach. And talking about the beach, that view!! The view is incredible!! The deck is large and so wonderful for sitting outside with your morning coffee or happy hour cocktail in the captains chairs for an unobstructed view! You are steps from the beach- no long walks down to the beach and the walkway is so accessible for everyone from little kids to anyone on up! Did I mention the view?!

This home is truly exceptional and easily one of the most memorable beach stays our family has ever experienced in North Carolina. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the breathtaking ocean views—visible from nearly every part of the home. Waking up to the sound of the waves and endless views of the water each morning felt incredibly peaceful and rejuvenating.The house itself is beautifully designed and perfectly set up for families. Our kids had an amazing time on the lower level playing foosball, and we spent our days enjoying the best of the coast—surfing, fishing, and paddleboarding just steps away. Every detail of the home made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together.The location is ideal as well—close to some of the area’s best restaurants and bars, yet still private enough to feel like your own quiet retreat on the ocean.What truly sets this home apart is the atmosphere. There is a calm, welcoming energy throughout the space that makes it incredibly easy to unwind. It’s rare to find a place that feels this peaceful, and I honestly had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time.An unforgettable stay and a true coastal gem. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing beach getaway.

When you walk in on the main level, the view is breath taking of the oceanfront. Roomy deck with chairs over looking the ocean and a table to eat outside.Kitchen is well equipped, dining room table great for family board games etc. Comfy beds and room to sleep 12+ with a sofa bed and downstairs apartment. It’s central to Surf city restaurants, bars and shops. A short drive to The Point with clear waters and an awesome Sunset! We have had many short term stays also in the low season, no crowds and so peaceful.

Can't beat the views from this home and the inside is very comfortable, well decorated, and well laid out. Plenty of space, beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and it was very clean. We could sip coffee while watching dolphins in the ocean. Highly recommend!

We have stayed twice now and can't wait to go back hopefully again later this year.It's in a perfect location, very spacious, well equipped and has everything you could possibly need for a fabulous relaxing break. All the beds are soooo comfortable which is also a massive bonus. We felt completely at home and feel lucky that we found 'make me a wave'. Highly recommend X

This beach house makes my heart smile. It’s roomy, yet cozy. Everything was new and well maintained. So much space for guests to sleep! The views! It’s a slice of heaven on earth. Everything about this place was perfect. The owners are amazing too! I can’t wait to go back!
