We had a great time relaxing and hanging out in this wonderful house with friends and family. The house was able to accommodate a wide range of age groups, from elementary school age kids to middle aged adults with enough space for everyone to relax. We also left some items behind and they were nice enough to ship those items to us. Thank you.

We had 4 generations that enjoyed this wonderful vacation home! It was great to have three separate living areas, comfortable beds for everyone and a well equipped kitchen. We have rented beach houses for over 50 years in NC and were impressed with the details (e.g., laundry baskets, hand soap dispensers).

Kudos to Landmark Vacations for handling an issue with the 3rd floor AC so quickly.

A few suggestions: trash cans in the 3rd floor bathrooms, some extra blankets for the beds, and fans for the beautiful deck.

All in all, it was a wonderful home and we appreciated all comforts provided!

We really enjoyed our time there. The house has amazing views and is so close to the beach. Beautifully done finishes (tile, countertops, floors, cabinetry, and decor very on trend and well coordinated. A peaceful, beautiful place right on the beach to spend time with family and/or friends.
