Great location with its own walkway to the beach. Could sleep 10 easily. Clean and extremely well-maintained by the property management company. All the fixtures, HVAC and rooms were A+. If you stay here, be advised that it is pricey, and even though they give you a welcome bag with dish liquid, a single dishwasher pack and toilet paper, you will need to bring more of all that stuff. You have to bag all your sheets, pillowcases, towels by yourself into black bags when you leave. Also, there is no early check-in, no matter what, and that is a big negative. If it's available earlier, why not allow access? Most other rentals do.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Coastal Dharma. Without a doubt it was the best house I have rented in the past 15 years in Topsail Beach,NC. The house was very clean, and the service from Landmark Rentals was superb especially identifying Buchanan's professionalism. Providing beach towels was such a nice touch, especially with grandchildren. What a great idea! We rate this house and your service with 5 Stars in all categories. We plan to rent it again in the future!! Thank you!!
