This meticulously designed and unique home offers everything you need for a dream vacation. Located on the front row with direct beach access, a private pool, a theater room, and a stunning rooftop balcony with 360-degree water views and a hot tub, this home is ideal for hosting your next multi-family trip, family reunion, church retreat, or corporate outing.

Guests will enter through the first level/ground floor and proceed up the stairs to the second level. The second level features a recreation area, featuring a theater room with 9 comfortable reclining chairs, a seating area on the sound side with a table and chairs, and a full kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a sink, granite bar counter, bar stools, microwave, beverage fridge, coffee maker, blender, and a pub table with seating for four. The living area offers a sectional sofa, chairs, a large flatscreen TV mounted on the wall, and a convenient half bath.

There are 10 large bedrooms each with their own private bath. The home will sleep 27 comfortably.

Breakdown of the bedrooms by floor and bed sizes:

Second Floor w/ Recreation Area:
Bedroom 1: Oceanfront, south side – King bed, private bath, handicap features, access to oceanfront deck.
Bedroom 2: Oceanfront, north side – Queen bed, private bath (tub/shower combo), access to oceanfront balcony.
Bedroom 3: North side – 4 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 8), private bath (tub/shower combo).

Third Floor:
Bedroom 4: Sound side, south – Queen bed, private bath (tub/shower combo).
Bedroom 5: Oceanfront, south – King bed, private bath (tub/shower combo), access to oceanfront balcony.
Bedroom 6: Oceanfront, center – Queen bed, private bath (shower), access to oceanfront balcony.
Bedroom 7: Oceanfront, north – Queen bed, private bath (shower), access to oceanfront balcony.
Bedroom 8: Sound side, north – Queen bed, private bath (shower).
Bedroom 9: Middle, north – Daybed and trundle (sleeps 3), private bath (shower), no closet.

Fourth Floor (Top floor):
Bedroom 10 Master Suite): Oceanfront – King bed, private glamour bath (large walk-in shower, soaking tub), access to oceanfront balcony.

On the fourth level, you'll find the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas are perfect for large family gatherings, with modern decor, ample seating, and mesmerizing ocean views. The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring high-end appliances and plenty of space. Outside, enjoy the oceanfront decks with comfortable seating, perfect for dining and relaxing to the sound of the waves.

There is parking for 10 cars (the largest on Topsail Island) in the driveway and an additional 3 in the carport. An elevator can be accessed through the ground floor and will reach all floors. Dogs are welcome for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet (two dogs max).

Included: WIFI, Smart TVs throughout, a fully stocked kitchen, and linens, including all bedding + bath. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A first-night amenity bag is provided to get your stay started which includes an initial supply of two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, detergent, and more.

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There’s no need to keep up with keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.

Very nice rental with some need improvements

House was very nice, several items needed repair or were in sub par shape. The video game machine screen did not work, landmark was advised. No repairs were made. Coffee (Keurig) was not on site when we arrived. They brought one several days later. Several pieces of trim were loose and falling from the ceiling. Blender was not operable, bottom was cracked and basically trash. Garbage was not picked up when we arrived and all cans were extremely full. It was Labor Day weekend so we had to wait till Tuesday for any repairs or ,getting the coffee pot. Very nice location, just seems very used and not very clean upon checking in.

If only it really was "Forever and a Day" - loved it

The place is beautiful and we had a great time there with our family of 25. There were a few issues but for the most part they were taken care of( or offered to take care of them) promptly.

We’ve been renting in/around the Topsail area for over 20 years, and this is the best experience we’ve had! The house was fantastic and super clean. The kitchen is stocked for a chef. With 16 people, we had plenty of space and didn’t feel crowded. The golfers in our group loved the putting green, and the kids loved the cornhole and volleyball net. The pool was very clean when we arrived and was cleaned again mid-week. Property management made the whole experience super easy, from booking through the end of our stay. They quickly respond to text questions. We made them aware of a very minor issue with the washer and they had someone onsite the next day. Overall, we highly recommend both this house and Landmark Vacation Rentals!
