There is an additional sitting area on this floor w/ a Queen Sleeper sofa, couch, TV, and a wet bar that includes a microwave, sink and minifridge.

3rd Floor-
Bedroom 5: Bunk Room w/ 2 Queen over Queen Bunks and 1 Twin Daybed with Twin Trundle (south side, street facing)
Bedroom 6: Two Queen Beds (north side, street facing)
Bedroom 7: Master w/ King Bed (south side, oceanfront)
Bedroom 8: Master w/ King Bed (middle, oceanfront)
Bedroom 9: Master w/ King Bed (north side, oceanfront)
The main living area, kitchen, dining, and a half bath are on the top floor.

All bedrooms have their own private, ensuite bathroom.

The private pool can be heated for an additional fee in April, May, September, and October. The heated pool option is unavailable from June - August and November - March. Please note, that the pool heater will only heat 10 degrees warmer than the outside temperature (forecasted low). Please call our office to add the heated pool fee to your reservation.

This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.

We had 22 people in the house-plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms all nice sized and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed-the 2 extra large griddles were a nice touch! We found pool and beach toys left by others in the locked garage storage and a ping pong table , no paddles or balls though. Plenty of parking, seating at the pool. Easy access to the beach. The pool lights don’t work even though the pool maintenance people said they were on. The only issue we had with the hook use was that the elevator was inconsistent with when it would work. Overall, great place for a large group!! Communication with the management group was awesome-had all the information I needed for the entire stay. And they responded quickly anytime I had a question or an issue. Very easy to work with! If we do another large group trip like this again I would definitely consider this property!!

The day before arrival, Landmark called to say the elevator was not working in the unit we were renting. We desperately needed an elevator to accommodate a wheelchair. Within ten minutes, three phone calls, they transferred our group of 22, to a larger unit with a pool. GREAT SERVICE

18 members of my family, age 3 months to 68 years, had a wonderful time, all accommodations worked out great, and communication with Landmark made things easy. We already booked a home with Landmark for next May. They are good folks to work with.

Our family loved this property! Plenty of rooms in the spectacular home with lovely views of the beach! The beach was steps away and we spent many hours playing in the surf. The kitchen was stocked well; very important to us because we cooked every day. Landmark was extremely responsive to all our questions and very easy to work with. Our home was spotless and well maintained. N. Topsail is a little quieter that the rest of the Island, we had a short drive to shops and restaurants but it made for a very uncrowded beach which was perfect for us. 100% would recommend this as a beautiful place to spend a memorable vacation.

Just returned from a week in the home and had an amazing time with family. Everything was exceptional! the view is unmatched from any room and being on the porch watching the dolphins play was like being in the water with them!! Well stocked, comfortable beds and the living room area couches and chairs were SO comfortable! Highly recommend putting this home at the top of your list to come and enjoy all it has to offer. Sunrise and Sunset views were just amazing and with the great kitchen with double appliances, meals were a snap! The elevator was a life saver as we had some older family members. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms very nice, and overall the location is very private and quiet since not on the main road. The rental company was very professional and extremely responsive. Overall, Stop looking at other properties, you won't find any that compare! We will definitely be coming back, so you better book your stay now while there is time!
