House was nice. Some things could use some attention like the outdoor shower but it was all minor. Fireworks could be seen from the living room.

Sounds Amazing was one of the best rentals homes we’ve stayed in! It was immaculate and even more lovely in person. Communication with Landmark was convenient and they quickly responded to our questions. The home I located in the best location in North Topsail; a less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Our favorite part was the private dock that leads to the sound; allowing you to see the most amazing sunsets! We can’t wait to stay here again~it was the perfect vacation!
