There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Linens are provided with your stay and beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

If you are hesitant to stay here, just do it. While the outside of the home was getting repaired while we were visiting, the inside of the home was in great condition. The rooms all had nice access to a deck and plently of room for us all to have our own space. The rental company was quick to respond and did a fantastic job getting any issues taken care of quickly (the air condition unit needed a bit of attention but it was handled within 2 hours). The location, for us, was fantastic. We loved being able to see a bit of the ocean from the house, but also fell in love with the sunsets on the sound side. The community access point was literally across the street and just over a bit. While we were there on what was arguably the one of the busiest weeks (July 4th week) we never really had trouble crossing the road. It was so nice to be in walking distance to both the ocean and a dock to take the kids fishing or kayaking. The beach was clean and just far enough away from the public access point that it wasn't as crowded as 1/4 of a mile down. The extra bathroom access was nice that the public access provided for a full day of beach fun when we didn't want to go back to the home.

We had a wonderful time. The views were great from all areas of the house. Stairs were a bit steep and would caution the elderly and small children.

We really enjoyed our stay! Very spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped. We liked how close it was to the beach access and the community dock was really beautiful for sunsets.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Island Oasis! The location was perfect for us. Not too far from Surf City and shopping across the bridge. The beach was easily accessible, right across the street. We rented paddle boards for the week and there is launch access from the neighborhood private pier. Well furnished, comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen--essentially all you can ask for. We'll definitely stay here again.

House was clean when we arrived. Just wish there were more pillows, available beach items to borrow, and check the railings to make sure they’re safe. Otherwise it was a great stay, good communication from the manager.
