Brand new construction (2023) in the Oceanridge Community of North Topsail Beach, welcome to One Particular Harbour #144, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home! This expertly designed and decorated oceanfront oasis will be sure to delight you and your friends and family for a luxurious and relaxing beach vacation any time of the year. Guests will enjoy the private hot tub overlooking the ocean, a community pool, a game room featuring a foosball table and arcade game, and the gorgeous decor of One Particular Harbour #144!

The sophisticated, coastal style of One Particular Harbour will delight at every turn. Guests are welcomed into a large family room with comfortable and stylish seating for everyone in your group to enjoy on the main floor. The adjacent sitting area with ocean views is a great space to curl up with a good book or play your favorite family game but still be part of the action with the open concept living area. A fully stocked kitchen with beverage fridge, wet bar, and seating for 3 at the island await with ample space to gather together to prep and enjoy meals while looking at the beautiful blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The dining area offers plenty of space to enjoy meals together with seating for 10 at the dining table overlooking the ocean, and additional seating for 4 at the bar space in the sitting area. A half bathroom is also located on the main floor. The private hot tub can be found on the deck just off the dining area overlooking the ocean. The main floor deck is partially covered and offers ample seating and an outdoor dining space.

On the main floor, guests will find an office with a desk and twin daybed and the first of four bedrooms featuring a queen sized bed, TV, and en suite bathroom. As guests make their way upstairs to the 2nd floor, three additional bedrooms await. The bunk room is styled with a twin XL over queen bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed sleeping a total of 5. This bedroom has access to a full bathroom in the hall at the top of the stairs. The next bedroom features a king sized bed, TV, en suite bathroom, and oceanfront deck access. An additional sleeping space is located on the 2nd floor with a queen sleeper sofa, TV, and oceanfront deck access. The luxurious master bedroom features a king sized bed, large en suite bathroom, TV, and coffee nook with oceanfront deck access. All bedrooms have closets and/or dressers for clothes storage during your stay.

No detail was spared in the design and styling of One Particular Harbour. With multiple oceanfront decks to sit out and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea, a private hot tub, community pool, a game room, board games, and so much more, guests will make many memories and will be sure to return year after year. There is a private elevator which is a welcome amenity to those with mobility issues and for taking luggage and groceries to the upper floors that reach all levels of this home. High speed internet and smart TVs are provided throughout the house, and an outdoor shower awaits for easy rinse off after a great day at the beach! There is plenty of parking spaces at this home in the 4 car tandem garage and a keyless entry lock on the door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note all top bunks and sleeper sofas will not be made. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you!

An otherwise lovely home with a very serious fly and gnat infestation. We spent HOURS the first day killing dozens of flies.

This is the place! This house has plenty of room for us. We had a family of 8. It is beautifully decorated and had very comfortable furniture and mattresses. The kitchen is well stocked with pretty much everything you need. The deck is huge and is great to chill on at night. The pool and hot tub are a plus. The kitchen is great to make large meals and we can all fit around the table for dinner! I would recommend this to anyone who wants a roomy, comfortable, clean, and a well docorated home for your stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this well located beautiful oceanfront home.
This home features most everything and more.
Great game room, deluxe kitchen, huge covered deck with hot tub and lots of nice patio furniture. Large beautiful open rooms for large families. Nice separate first floor office for those that still need to connect with clients while away.
Very clean inside and out when we arrived.
Very convenient to nice area restaurants.
Landmark Realty Rentals have been great to rent from for the past 3 years and they never disappoint with their services and attention to detail. When we found no coffee maker in our rental they delivered one to our door that first day.

This house was truly amazing and we will definitely be returning.
The house had everything we needed minus the few things they recommended us to bring. The elevator was super helpful for our arrival and departure.

My family stayed at this absolutely breathtaking home in August 2023. We thought it had to be too good to be true, but it was just as described online and was perfect for our family of 9. The owners are the most gracious hosts and the home was supplied with everything we could want and need for our stay.

We enjoyed the hot tub, the beach (easily accessible on foot), the back deck (ahhhh coffee!) and the large dining room table where we laughed until we cried playing card games.

We had a wide age range with us from 5 yo to 77 yo and the elevator helped us all maneuver the home to get packed/unpacked efficiently and easily.

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more and will be reminiscing on the memories for years to come. We’ve already started to plan for a trip back! You won’t be sorry if you rent this home.
