This home is managed by Landmark Vacation Rentals, ensuring a seamless, high-quality stay with attentive local support before, during, and after your visit.

There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Linens are provided with your stay and beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay. Please note there are security cameras that face the back yard and the driveway areas.

Located a short walk to the beach and just down the road from anything else you may need while you are there. Short drive to some great restaurants on the other side of the bridge too. Some construction on the lot behind, but this was not bothersome as we are early risers. House had plenty of space and kitchen was stocked with adequate cooking utensils and dishes. The stipend for beach gear rental was nice. We rented chairs and a tent. Unit did have a few beach chairs and some boogie boards. We had a few maintenance issues with weekend arrival. Property manager was responsive on Monday and resolved them. Would definitely stay there again.

We have been renting different homes for the past 8 years. We love Surf City and the Island Life it brings. This has been our favorite house to date. It fit our 9 member family perfectly. Close to the beach and downtown. Furnished perfecty.

First the pros: The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Very clean and spacious. Elevator was a nice touch carrying heavy luggage and groceries. Enjoyed the large decks on the front of the house with plenty of seating. Beds were very comfortable and loved having a ceiling fan in very room. Location was perfect to the beach and restaurants.
Cons: Constriction behind the house made it difficult to sleep. Extremely loud daily starting at 7am. We were not able to enjoy the back decks or the fenced in yard due to the noise occurring all day every day during our stay. Would have been nice to know about this prior to booking this property. Outdoor shower was a nice touch however our smaller dog got out of the fenced yard because the bottom of the shower is open and he easily got out. Do not leave pets unattended back there for safety reasons. The backyard was beautiful. It was a shame we couldn’t use it.

Our family of 7 had a wonderful week on our first trip to Surf City. House was very clean and comfortable furnishings. Elevator and bedroom on same floor as living area was a plus for elderly parent. Easy walk to beach access, pier, and local restaurants/shops!
