Welcome to Topsail Pearl #132, a beautifully renovated oceanfront vacation home located at 1784-3 New River Inlet Rd, North Topsail Beach, NC. Nestled along the pristine sands of North Topsail Beach, this home offers a serene coastal escape with mesmerizing ocean and sound views, multiple decks, and direct private beach access. Completely renovated in 2023, this airy townhome comfortably sleeps 9 guests and is perfect for families, friends, or small groups looking to unwind along the North Carolina coast. This dog-friendly property allows up to two dogs for an additional non-refundable fee of $250 per dog.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: An oceanfront king bedroom with XL twin rollaway, wall-mounted Roku TV, and private deck access
Bedroom 2: Two twin-over-twin bunk beds sleeping four

Second Floor:

Bedroom 3: Primary suite with king-sized bed, wall-mounted Roku TV, private deck, and ensuite bathroom with double vanities and walk-in shower. Panoramic ocean views from the primary suite deck create a tranquil private retreat.

-Direct private beach access just steps from the home
-Fishing and relaxation available at the community dock and gazebo across the street on the sound
-Ground-level outdoor shower with hot and cold water, plus an additional community shower and hose at the beach access point
-Multiple decks offering ocean and sound views for sunrise, sunset, and coastal breezes

Convenience & Guest Services:
-Parking available for up to 2 vehicles directly off the front door steps
-High-speed internet (500mbps) and flat-screen TVs in two bedrooms and the living room. Guests may sign into their streaming accounts on Roku TVs

This home is managed by Landmark Vacation Rentals, ensuring a seamless, high-quality stay with attentive local support before, during, and after your visit.

There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Linens are provided with your stay and beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

Everything about this townhome was perfect. It provided space for two families to enjoy each other’s company, yet not feel cramped. The location of the home was super convenient as it was mere feet from the steps to the beach. This townhome is modern and in pristine condition. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! The house is in a series of townhomes that all share a single beach entrance, but it wasn't terribly crowded on the beach. The outdoor shower under the house was clean and spacious, an excellent addition to the house. The company was clear with communication.

We had a wonderful time at the Top Pearl #132 and would highly recommend it! The house was perfect for us (4 adults & 4 kids ages 3 to 14). Parking was easy. It was very clean and had everything we needed as far as kitchenware, linens and even laundry machines. The beds are very comfortable. The two kings are memory foam, but did not make us hot like some do, and the sheets from the linen rental company were nice (not scratchy like some we've had at other rentals). The bunk room worked great for the 4 kids.

We loved that the beach was just a couple of steps on a boardwalk and over the dune. The busiest day at the beach was Sunday, unsurprisingly, but there was still plenty of room for everyone. Several times we saw dolphins swimming out in the water. We loved looking for shark teeth and came home with hundreds, mostly small but a couple of bigger ones. People on the beach were so friendly and helped teach us to look for them. The waves were good sized for body surfing and boogie boarding. The kids also enjoyed skim boarding. We also did some fishing and crabbing at the neighborhood pier that was across the street on the bay side.

For food we visited the Seaward Pier for a quick bite, we got ice cream at Bada Bing (next to the park) and Beach Shop (on the ground floor of a hotel), pizza from Santino's Italian Trattoria, Low Tide Steakhouse, and Surf City Barbeque. We also checked out Salty Turtle Brewery. We had good experiences at all.

We also spent some time walking around the shops in Surf City (be sure to check out Surf 50 they had good quality items that were reasonably priced and were great with son and helped fixed his skimboard when he got a chip in the board he bought from them and had used nonstop for a couple of days), the Sea Turtle Rescue hospital, Topsail Touch Tank Aquarium, and a concert at the Topsail Beach Town Park. We enjoyed all!
