This 7-bedroom, 7.5- bath oceanfront home comfortably sleeps 20 people, offering ample space to accommodate multi-family groups for your next family reunion or a wonderful space for corporate or church retreats. The list of amenities that this home provides its guests will allow something fun for everyone. Whether it’s the game room that offers a foosball table and video arcade, private beach access, 5-person hot tub, or community pool, your group will never forget their stay at this one-of-a-kind home. Finders Keepers will surpass all expectations and delight vacationers in all respects.

Entering through the 4-car garage you’ll walk into the entertainment room ready for family fun! Choose between the foosball table, video arcade, or Smart TV for your entertainment delight. As you make your way to the 2nd floor, guests will notice how a designer's touch brings a level of comfort to this home not often found in a rental property. This home has a stunning open-concept kitchen, living, and dining room allowing all family members to share special moments. Take advantage of cooking family dinners in the fully stocked and well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers bar seating for 7 as well as a dining table with seating for 12. The extensive living areas and separation of the rooms provide privacy, as well as sufficient room for being together. The spacious living area has multiple sitting areas, a large sofa, and a flat screen Smart TV with a premier cable package offering any channel you may want! This area offers the ideal space for family movie or game nights. There is one bedroom on this floor with a queen size bed and attached bathroom. An additional sleeping area is located off the living room with a queen sleeper sofa and attached half bathroom.

On the 3rd floor, guests will have their choice of four additional bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are two bunk rooms, one with double twin-size bunk beds, the other with double twin-over-full bunks. Both have attached TVs and bathrooms. The other two bedrooms on this floor both have king size beds with private oceanfront balconies and bathrooms.

The 4th floor of the house encompasses the Master Retreat which looks over the ocean. It has a king side bed, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, his/her sinks, walk-in closet, wet bar, and private ocean front balcony. Down the hall, there is an additional bedroom with a queen size bed and attached bathroom. Every bedroom has a TV equipped with a premium cable package.

The elevator that stops at all floors is a great asset for those guests with mobility issues or just to help bring in your luggage and groceries! There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay. For reservations made after October 15, 2022, a linen package is included in your rental rate. The linen package includes freshly laundered bed sheets for each bed, bath towel sets for the full occupancy of the house, bath mats for each full bathroom, and a kitchen towel and sponge. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, all top bunks and trundles will not be made.

Please note: Pets are not allowed at this home. Smoking is also prohibited inside. Grilling is allowed in the driveway only, no grill is provided.

Loved the house and location. Weather was a little cool when we visited near the end of October, so we didn’t get in the ocean much, but the water was beautiful and we come here to hear the waves and see the sunrises, so it wasn’t a big problem. We love Topsail and I was very impressed with the management company!!

This house has a great location, layout, and amenities. It just needs a good, deep clean over the whole house, and some new kitchen items. New sheet pans, a new toaster, new coffee pot, etc. Those things just get worn out and dirty with frequent use. No one's fault, just the nature of vacation rentals. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly, and we already have a reservation with Landmark again for next year.

The interior of this home was clean and comfortable with many nice amenities with large front decks, hot tub and lots of outdoor tables and seating. The game room was a big hit especially with a rainy start to our visit. We have booked through Landmark the last four years with very good results. They have always addressed any issues or concerns we may have. We enjoyed our nearby favorite restaurants such as Ricks Sports Bar, Baked Pizza Company, Red Pepper, snd enjoyed this visit All American Sports Bar and Spiagia Ristobar. Did not get to other favorites including Riverview Cafe, 55 Burger and Fries and Daddy Mac’s. Also Enjoyed a visit to the Turtle Rescue Facility in Surf City. Great location!
The only recommendation we have is for the owners to tidy up and remove the collection of excess beach gear l from all of the vacationers left behind in the garages and between the adjacent property, etc.

I rented FinderKeepers for an annual week at Topsail. The agency I used for years are no longer handling beach rentals. The past 2 years I rented via national agencies. Both years we had big issues, no AC on a level & it’s HOT in NC and a broken dishwasher that we were lead to believe was on order....never showed up in another house.
Landmark was fabulous. Everything worked including an ice maker. The hot tube guy came twice during the week to be sure the tub was clean and working well. A maintenance man arrived as I arrived. He requested permission to repair a shade with the option to come back later. I was happy to let him take care of the shade at that time.
The house has plenty of room for 3 generations. The main living area had several areas for family to hang out.
Renting local makes a huge difference in our overall satisfaction.
I have already booked the house for 2026.

Finderkeepers is location is close to everything we needed. The AC in the house was fantastic. All 14 of us always had hot water when showering. This was our 3 to stay at Finderskeepers and we did notice the house needs a little TLC. The game room was not usable, only 2 pool sticks that had tips and the shuffleboard gad no sand to slide the disc. The teens were a little disappointed. The kitchens skillets have seen better days. The outside roofing molding was dangling and the white furniture in the sunroom needed some cleaning. The house was very clean upon arrival except fans had heavy dust and deck was full of sand. We would definitely want to comeback next year in the hopes the owners put some TLC into the house.

Wonderful view. Good accommodations for senior ladies. Exciting weather. Problems getting info--like which unlabeled tub was trash & which recycling. Or what to do with used linens. That info arrived the morning we were leaving.

Great space for family friends or whoever.. A few issues I will let you decide if they are major or minor. The ice maker leaks on the floor and leaves a puddle, the beach disappears at high tide literally no place to be except in the water finally the WiFi is absolutely useless even for basic emails if these areas are not a problem for you then this house is great. We do recommend it in every respect otherwise and will rebook

Who knew we’d experience a first: riding out a tropical storm! The weather threatened us, but every opportunity we had with no stormy conditions, we took advantage of beautiful Topsail Island. We felt safe in the house and were so grateful for the awesome game room on the first floor for the kids, who spent the stormy hours having a blast! We had everything we needed in the home, which accommodated all 16 of us very well. Upon arrival, we were really happy that the beds were already made(a big plus), except for the top bunks. We found the home clean and well furnished. We had a couple of minor issues which were promptly addressed- a slight problem with one of the garage doors, and an attic access covering which was displaced during the high wind. The hot tub was great, but oceanfront deck had many hoses running across the floor and an outside outlet that wasn’t properly covered. These outside issues were not reported, but I’m sure they’ll be attended to as needed. We did notice that some of the linens were well used and wouldn’t stay firmly on the bed. All in all we are now remembering fondly our 2024 family beach vacation, and hoping for another opportunity next year.

We enjoyed this house and location! The management company was very attentive and quick to respond. My only suggestion is that all dirty dishes be in dishwasher and running before departing instead of having to put them away. I feel that some may just rinse dishes and put them away because of time you have to be out.

Dover Day at the beach

We are a group of friends who grew up in a town called Dover. We have been gathering for “Dover Day “ since the 70’s. This was our second time meeting at Top Sail. We had a wonderful time. Finders Keepers is a lovey house and the location on the beach was splendid. We had a relaxing time and plan on returning.
The only suggestions we have that would have improved our stay are
- instructions for navigating the TVs ( so many remotes)
- upgrade the cookware. ( Teflon frying pans in poor shape)

We were extremely pleased with this vacation home rental. Every bedroom had its own private bathroom, the house had plenty of space for our family to spread out. We would not hesitate to stay here on our next trip to north topsail.

We rented the home for a multi gerational family vacation. There was pleanty of room for everyone and lots of great amenities. Couches were a bit uncomfortable. The decor being a shabby sheek was very comfortable. The home is well maintained and sitting right on the beach it must be difficult to keep it that way. The house had easy access groceries and other activities. The beach access is great and we enjoyed watching the dolphins, surfing and beach combing. The property management company was very helpful and responsive with periodic check-ins and reminders.

We had 18 women all staying together in this house. Everyone was very comfortable and there was amble space, seating, etc. I cant recommend this place enough for large groups!

We have stayed at this property multiple times. The property is well maintained, and the owner has recently replaced the sliding glass doors. Fun game room! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets with no crowded beaches this time off the year. Many nice local restaurants nearby such as Ricks Sports Bar, Em R Wings, and Baked Pizza Company, Riverview Cafe and may more. Our Landmark contact, Alana, was very responsive to all our needs. Our only disappointment was the cleaning staff did not arrive until the 4 pm check in time and the prior renters did not have the courtesy to take out the trash. However, Landmark Realty came and addressed the trash issue for us.

Beautiful 4 story home with nice floor plan, super game room, many amenities and lots of space for guests.
Well appointed furnishings with large covered decks overlooking the beach and ocean. Spectacular views of sunrise and sunsets and just steps to the sand and water. Thanks to Alana from Landmark Rentals and to the Property Owners for making us feel welcome and exceeding our vacation expectations. The home is well maintained and we enjoyed nearby nights restaurants in Surf City and Sneads Ferry. We have stayed in this home multiple times and will return.

First time renting this Ocean Ridge property...second time staying at N. Topsail. The home is lovely, with attractive decor. The elevator was an absolute lifesaver for the less agile people in our group. We found everything we needed to prepare simple meals. (We chose to explore local restaurants most evenings.) It's conveniently located, just a few minutes to Sneads Ferry and Surf City.

We purchased the optional linen package from our original rental company. Three massive tote bags were inside the entrance door when we arrived...we had to distribute these items and make our own beds, which was new to well as paying a hot tub activation fee, which we'd never heard of before...they don't have that fee at the Outer Banks, where we've vacationed for decades.

We appreciated the shared walkway and steps to the beach being in good condition. At high tide, the water is almost at the base of the steps. The uncrowded beach was great for walking and shelling. Some men were surf fishing nearby, but not catching much. The community pool was unexpectedly open in October and although it was chilly, we tried it for a few hours one afternoon. We had it all to ourselves :)

I will add that there is another house being built directly behind this property, which is a bummer. There was some construction noise, but it wasn't too bad.

We found a couple bag chairs left in the garage and a lot of toys and boogie boards, great if you have kids with you. We rented wood beach chairs and umbrellas from a local company who dropped them off and picked them up.

My experience with Alana at Landmark was excellent. This property was recently transitioned to their program from another agency, and despite my anxiety over finding that out at the last minute, everything went very smoothly.

There were a few maintenance and cleaning issues that we noticed and reported, but I did not ask for them to be addressed while we were there. Overall, very s

We enjoyed our experience but was a little disappointed in the overall condition of the home, it needs work.the dishwasher didn't work very well, furniture sticky and paint coming off, one bathroom fan didn't work, lights in TV room living room) didn't work.one of us had a difficult time getting out of the shower door on the 3rd level from the bottom. This could really be a nice place it just needs some attention to the details.
