Welcome to Snuffy’s Place #110, a spacious canalfront vacation home located at 6056 6th St., Surf City, NC. Perfectly positioned directly on the Surf City canals, this beautiful retreat features a private boat dock with gazebo, allowing you to bring your boat and keep it tied up at the house for your entire stay. With room for large groups, a separate Mother-In-Law (MIL) suite, and dog-friendly accommodations, this home is ideal for boating families, multi-generational trips, and relaxing coastal getaways.

This home sleeps up to 17 guests and is brand new to the rental market, offering modern comforts, generous living spaces, and exceptional outdoor amenities — all just a short walk from the beach.

-Dock your boat onsite for the duration of your stay
-Ideal for fishing, crabbing, kayaking, boating, and canal-side relaxation
-Fish cleaning station located in the gazebo

-Dog-friendly home allowing up to two dogs (non-refundable fee of $300 per dog)

Living & Dining – Main House:

The main home is designed for comfort and gathering. The large, well-equipped kitchen offers bar seating for three and opens to a separate dining area and breakfast nook, with seating for up to ten guests. The spacious living room provides ample seating for everyone in your group and features a gas fireplace, making it the perfect spot for cooler mornings and evenings.

Bedrooms & Layout:

Lower Level – Mother-In-Law Suite (Sleeps 4+):

Located on the lower level with its own private entrance, the Mother-In-Law suite is ideal for guests who want added privacy and quiet at the end of a fun-filled day.
-Full kitchen with additional refrigerator, stove, microwave, and 12-cup drip coffee maker
-Dining space with seating for four
-Living room with TV and queen pullout sofa
-Private bedroom with queen-sized bed and TV
-Full bathroom
-Screened-in porch just outside the suite

Main Level:
-Primary bedroom with king-sized bed, TV, and private en suite bathroom
-Additional full bathroom on this level
-Main kitchen, dining areas, and living room

Second Floor:
-Bedroom one with queen bed, twin bed, and baby crib
-Bedroom two with queen bed and triple twin-over-twin-over-twin bunk beds
-Bedroom three with queen bed and twin bed
-One full bathroom with tub/shower combination
-One half bathroom

Snuffy’s Place offers generous outdoor living spaces designed to take full advantage of the canalfront setting.
-Large deck areas with seating overlooking the water
-Gazebo with seating, fish cleaning sink, and direct dock access
-Outdoor shower conveniently located near the gazebo
-Grilling is permitted only in the parking area (no grill provided; grills are available for rent through local companies)
-Ample onsite parking available

Important Notes:
-Maximum occupancy is 17 guests
-No landline phone at the home
-Guests assume all risks associated with use of the boat dock and water access
-Highchair available for guest use

Guest Services & Peace of Mind:

This home features keyless entry, with personalized access codes provided prior to arrival. A separate door code will be issued for the private entrance to the Mother-In-Law suite. There is no need to check in or out at an office.

Linens are provided, including bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats, and kitchen linens. Beds will be made upon arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit — including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and more — will be waiting for you. Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

We enjoyed the home and it's location in close proximity to all of our island favorites. The back yard is great for entertaining and their is plenty of parking. The home was nice. Note the mother in law suite is completely separate and is a unique set up with a wall unit so it was a bit warm and not very inviting but it was great for our teens.

Snuffy's place is ideal for anyone who can't do steps because the mother-in-law suite is ground level. The house is lovely and well equipped to meet all needs. The screen porch and gazebo make for delightful places to enjoy the outdoors and canal. Landmark provides good customer service and updates. It is within walking distance to the beach. If you have a large crowd, it is provides space and privacy for all. I highly recommend Snuffy's place. We didn't want to leave.

Spent Thanksgiving at the beach with my family. We had a great time staying at Snuffy's Place. The house was perfect, lots of space. The boys loved fishing at the dock and playing football in the backyard. Very close to the beach. May be the start of a new tradition. Would definitely stay there again.

This rental is all we ever needed! Very spacious and clean! Up to date appliances and everything we needed in the kitchen. My parents stayed with us and were able to stay in the mother in law suite downstairs where they didn’t have to go up and down the stairs to the main floor. It was perfect for us! The boat dock was great!
