Why Knot? Unit #107 is the quintessential luxury oceanfront home! This Landmark Vacation Rentals home has 5 bedrooms including two primary bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms. The large covered and uncovered decks have panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean that are as good as it gets. A private, elevated walkway leads from the lower deck right down to the beach. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off and the two carports offer plenty of parking.

On the inside you will find everything is beautifully decorated with contemporary coastal décor, soothing colors, and comfortable seating and beds. Bed linens, including a freshly laundered bedspread, bath linens and beach towels are provided by a professional linen company, leaving no question that they are clean and sanitary. There is no need to bring these things from home. Beds will be made prior to your arrival.

In the kitchen you are greeted with gleaming countertops and stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher and built-in microwave. A Keurig and a traditional coffee maker are also provided. A Welcome Kit including basic first night necessities such as: bathroom tissue, paper towels, dishwashing and laundry soap will be left for you on the counter.

For entertainment, all bedrooms have Smart TVs. The TV in the living room has Spectrum cable and is huge for enjoying a movie with friends and family after a day at the beach. The WIFI is strong and able to handle all your portable device and streaming needs.

The maximum occupancy for this home is 10. K, K, Q, Q and a Twin Daybed with Twin Trundle underneath.

House Plan: Guests enter on the ground floor into the foyer and proceed up the carpeted stairs to the second floor. On the second floor you will find double oceanfront primary bedrooms with king sized beds and an additional queen bedroom, all with direct access to the lower deck. The laundry closet is located in the hallway. It has a full-sized washer and dryer to handle all your guest’s needs. There is also a full hallway bathroom. Proceed up the stairs and you will be on the third (top) floor. It features a light filled living area and dining area with panoramic ocean views. The dining table is large and there is a kitchen bar for additional seating. Both the kitchen and dining area are spacious and inviting. There is also third floor queen bedroom opens into a shared bathroom. On the other side of that bathroom is the fourth bedroom that has a twin daybed with a twin sized trundle underneath and a desk. There are both covered and uncovered ocean facing decks that have an array seating for guests to enjoy the beautiful views and ocean breezes.

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There’s no need to keep up with keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.

Please note: Pets are not allowed at this home. Smoking is also prohibited. There is no landline telephone in this home and no cable television, with Smart TVs provided instead. There is no grill provided, but grills are available to rent through Landmark Vacations who will deliver your grill clean and fueled. Grilling is allowed only in the parking area, away from the house.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note all top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

The house is in a great location, right on the beach and within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The rooms all have balconies and are all facing the ocean. The house is updated and was a great space for us to all spend time together each night.

We loved staying at Why Knot!! The house was very spacious and clean. It has everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, and we loved the early morning and evening hours sitting on the decks watching the ocean. So peaceful. We watched a turtle release, went to an Escape room, which was a blast, jet skis, and just time on the beautiful beach. We didn't want to leave. Always eat at Rick's when we are there. The food is always awesome. Would return here without a doubt!!

Loved the house! The house was well stocked, and very clean. Perfect access to the beach. From waking up and having coffee on the deck to closing out the day watching the beach transform through the tides, we thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Our family had a wonderful time at Topsoil in this home. It had everything we needed. Kitchen was so well stocked and very roomy. All the rooms with the exception of the 3rd level queen had very comfortable mattresses and the layout worked great for our family. There were some beach chairs but not enough for all the people. The linens provided were super helpful but it was a lot of work putting them back in the bag at checkout. Overall a great place and very clean!
